The room conditions are very average, the food is mainly based on Egyptian food culture, the highlight of the hotel is that the corals on the beach are very beautiful, you don't need to go out to sea for snorkeling, you can walk to snorkel and see turtles and dugongs, the price of Ctrip is a bit expensive, it is not recommended to place an order with Ctrip

Holidays very successful, the hotel super, large, quiet, peaceful. Cleanliness in the hotel also as much as possible on 5, rooms cleaned daily clean, fragrant, linen changed daily. Food very good, always a large choice.Animators the best, entertained, encouraged to participate in various events, common games. Special mentions to Tiamoo, Alladin and Dominik. Super animators very friendly will help if you have a problem with something.

This is my family’s second time at this resort - and we’ll be back again next year! 🌴 Truly an exceptional experience. We enjoyed the delicious food with a different theme every night - from Egyptian specialties to Italian and French delicacies (thanks to chef Adham Mohamed and his team) - and the cocktails were flowing all day, every day! 🍹🍸 The staff are incredibly attentive, with everyone bringing positive energy, a can-do attitude and brightening your day - especially Mostafa, Ali, Ahmed and Ibrahim. 🤍🤍 My mom, sister and I had a Cleopatra scrub and massages 👌🏻 at the Tg spa at the hotel - thanks to Mahdy, Mona and team for the TLC. Last but not least the animation team kept us dancing non-stop, especially at the foam party! 👯 Dodi is amazing with kids and the mini disco is such a treat for our little ones -and that stretch class with Eva on the beach is just the right amount of spicy 🌶️. All round simply a wonderful vacation, paradise on Earth!

Just back from Egypt and spent the last 5 days here, highly recommended! We arrived on Jan 6 and by chance the dinner was promoted due to east European festival, had really extraordinary experiences. The food of course in the other days were good as well of course. :-) The private beach is cool, excellent for the snorkeling. The water was not very cold and I was kind of weak therefore got wet suit, so everything is fine. And do ask the lifeguard where the sea cow is! Actually there could be many programs to have a day trip or so, in the hotel there are also plenty programs to join in like Yoga and beach volleyball. They have nearly live show also everyday. While I preferred to enjoy 3 meals, beach and go snorkelling since it is fantastic for me already. :P Moreover, the team of Hilton Marsa Alam is great. Ashraf, Hussein, and team helped me a lot, and they are super nice and ready for help all the time. The room is super clean and I was promoted to a sea-view huge room and the bed is over 2 meters I think it is a Cleopatra bed :DDD By the way you could take GoBus to arrive the hotel if you do not need much to take taxi or so. Or like us, we came actually from Luxor and took a ride (private pickup truck, 2ppl 50 egyptian pound) near Marsa Alam to the hotel. I guess not many chose our way. Again, highly recommended. And thank you so much, I wish I could be there soon.

I was impressed by all off the staff within the hotel .We had an absolutely amazing time .The room were sparked,with great decor and crisp bed sheets ( Always done by Khlgif lovly service room 👍 ).The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options!The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.Nothing was tumach trouble I had a lovely holiday with my family.Very friendly &helpful staff.The customer service was top on the top in reception very helpful Mohamed and Yahya 👍🙏 We will certainly be staying here again!!!Tom&Family
