Lugar maravilhoso, praia com água cristalina, grande variedade de comidas e bebidas, staff super solicito e preparado para atender clientes. O time de animação tem atividades diárias para crianças e adultos!!! Definitivamente muita diversão para todos..

Um dos hotéis mais aconchegantes que tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer. O resort é ótimo para famílias com crianças, possui várias piscinas e um parque aquático relativamente grande. A praia é excepcional com água transparente que permite ver peixes coloridos. Restaurantes do hotel servem uma excelente comida, com diversidade e também noites temáticas trazendo nuances da cozinha internacional e egípcia. O entretenimento noturno é maravilhoso, tivemos a oportunidade de ver apresentações de dança do ventre, folclore egípcio, além de uma discoteca que funciona próxima à praia. Como Marsa Alam é bem distante do Cairo, recomendo ficar no mínimo 5 dias para aproveitar bem as atividades do hotel e os passeios extras na cidade.

I am about to leave the hotel for the airport, but since they did not take our AI bands and towel cards, the Kids are swimming at the pool I am chilling on a sunbed and writing this review. First of all the place is huge! There are three main areas: the beach where you can (what a surprise) swim in the sea and see the fish. There are two jetties, and this is one of the only "complaint" I have: although the weather is perfect in October, the strong winds caused a constant red flag, on the jetty. The good thing is, there is a big cutout in the reef where the kids can swim, and there are quite a few fish there as well. What is more, you can sign up for a very short trip to a neighbouring bay, where the reef is spectacular. It is free of charge, and you are driven there in the company of lifeguards. Must see! The beach area also have a bar, and a restaurant where you can have breakfast and lunch. The pool area is nice and varied. There are more than enough of sunbeds, and a well equipped bar. The aquapark area is huge. It has slides and pools for small and big ones. My kids loved it. The room: very big, cleaned everyday. Although the furniture is oldish, and sometimes a bit "tired" everything works and is clean. No complaints here. The food: breakfast is ok. Fresh omelette made on the spot, pancakes, a few kinds of veggies and fruit, loads of breads and buns. Lunch always has something to interest you, but the dinner is where Akassia shines: everyday we were here there was something new on the grill, from koftas to crawfish, and a vast variety of other things. The taste also ok, although I would expect more spices from Egyptian cooks. The people: very nice, very helpful. Everyone from the cleaning staff, bus boy, to a bread-baking lady made us feel welcome, but special thanks goes to Mr Hosni, who took great care of us and was really interested in our wellbeing. Overal: great holiday!

The food is amazing, not gonna lie actually it’s really good. The choice is wide and fits everyone. My favourite part of the stay was playing volleyball on the beach with people i met. The sea is okay and the coral reef is beautiful.

We are returning customers to Akassia. This was our 13th trip and it wasnt unlucky. Having found multiple ways of getting back to Akassia year after year, we were thrilled that TUI was again offering this hotel as a package holiday. The Holiday was a complete success , having travelled with TUI from Gatwick to Marsa Alam airport and taking the TUI arranged Bus (30 minute trip) direct to the Hotel door. We were welcomed with the others on the trip by the Hotel with a delicious welcome drink. We were recognised as returning customers with great warmth and given the key promptly to start our fabulous holiday. Our son is now 18 and has holiday'd here among other places as well since 5, but this is all our favourites. Reason why PEOPLE (Akassia have a winning solution for keeping their staff) , so every time we visit we look forward to seeing everyone again. Staff are welcoming and really helpful. @Mohamed Mustafa, @Mahoud Kamal, @Hassem Simel and off course the Manager Mr Hosnie were especially fantastic. We love the beach, the house coral snorkling, the Olympic Pool the FOOD the cleaniness the place! WONDERFUL and exceptional family holiday. On the bus going back all the Brits we spoke with also enjoyed their experience at Akassia and it was a joy to share it with them.

I was at the resort with my 2 daughters. The room was always perfectly cleaned. We were well taken care of in the restaurant every day, thanks to Mr. Hosny Mobarak and his colleagues. We rode camels, snorkeled, sunbathed on the sandy beach and fooled around in the big water park. Every evening there was an interesting program, we could play volleyball and tennis, have drinks at the bar, we tasted Egyptian cuisine, which we really liked. So thanks to all that we had a wonderful holiday together and we definitely plan to come back here.

Absolutely the worst hotel rooms not clean food awful staff apart from the lobby barman are very rude food is awful drinks undrinkable pesterd by cleaner for tips even though he didn't clean are bathroom or are room properly at all using a very dirty cloth to clean with
