Lugar maravilhoso, praia com água cristalina, grande variedade de comidas e bebidas, staff super solicito e preparado para atender clientes. O time de animação tem atividades diárias para crianças e adultos!!! Definitivamente muita diversão para todos..

I am about to leave the hotel for the airport, but since they did not take our AI bands and towel cards, the Kids are swimming at the pool I am chilling on a sunbed and writing this review. First of all the place is huge! There are three main areas: the beach where you can (what a surprise) swim in the sea and see the fish. There are two jetties, and this is one of the only "complaint" I have: although the weather is perfect in October, the strong winds caused a constant red flag, on the jetty. The good thing is, there is a big cutout in the reef where the kids can swim, and there are quite a few fish there as well. What is more, you can sign up for a very short trip to a neighbouring bay, where the reef is spectacular. It is free of charge, and you are driven there in the company of lifeguards. Must see! The beach area also have a bar, and a restaurant where you can have breakfast and lunch. The pool area is nice and varied. There are more than enough of sunbeds, and a well equipped bar. The aquapark area is huge. It has slides and pools for small and big ones. My kids loved it. The room: very big, cleaned everyday. Although the furniture is oldish, and sometimes a bit "tired" everything works and is clean. No complaints here. The food: breakfast is ok. Fresh omelette made on the spot, pancakes, a few kinds of veggies and fruit, loads of breads and buns. Lunch always has something to interest you, but the dinner is where Akassia shines: everyday we were here there was something new on the grill, from koftas to crawfish, and a vast variety of other things. The taste also ok, although I would expect more spices from Egyptian cooks. The people: very nice, very helpful. Everyone from the cleaning staff, bus boy, to a bread-baking lady made us feel welcome, but special thanks goes to Mr Hosni, who took great care of us and was really interested in our wellbeing. Overal: great holiday!

The food is amazing, not gonna lie actually it’s really good. The choice is wide and fits everyone. My favourite part of the stay was playing volleyball on the beach with people i met. The sea is okay and the coral reef is beautiful.

The hotel is very good and fantastic also the food in the hotel is tasty and delicious. The aqua park is very good for all the people and it's very big.our room is very clean everyday also the animation team is very amazing there is a lot of activities to do so I would recommend this hotel for all people I enjoyed my time with my family here

I totally recommend this hotel Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel have many activities to do and the aqua park is amazing Above all, the hotel have a very nice and professional staff “ mr.wael el saie” the hotel ambassador He is such a great person and aims to improve all the hotel services, he is always smiling and can help 24/7. He will be the main reason to visit the hotel again and again.

It was a very enjoyable trip, and all the staff and animation were very friendly. My wife and children thank Animation, as she loves her work very much and is very friendly with them. I will advise all my family and friends to come to Cascia Swiss Resort.

We had a very good experience in Akassia Swiss Resort . Everything was more than perfect; Excellent service and very helpful staff. We have only one comment about the food cooking as we found most of the food to be dry and not as juicy as expected. But as overall the quality of food was good. Sure we will recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you for having us❤️

Akassia resort is one of my favorite hotels I visit it twice as my kids enjoy the huge aqua park and the activities of animation team The hotel team is very nice and we enjoyed the food The room is very comfortable and there's new furniture We really enjoy to be in Akassia
