location was good and we stayed at the renovated part of the resort so it was great. but the overall service quality isn't great. reception staffs are not friendly and they even look bothered and annoyed when you have questions.

No bath towels provided, it is more like a long-stay condo hotel than a full service hotel.
The room is clean and with minimialistic design. The public area needs some refreshing, looks like a hotel from the 90s.
Onsen is great, kids friendly, conveniently connected to ski-rental and lifts.
Overall 4 out of 5.

It’s a family ski trip for us, we are lucky to escape from the peak season, thus the hotel is less crowded and it feels more relaxed. The hotel is generally cleaned, the room is warm and even the floor is warm. No towel provided, so this needs to be noted. But we enjoyed the hotel as it’s very convenient to ski park.

두딸아이와 스키강습, 눈썰매, 수영장까지 신나게 놀다왔어요.
셀프체크인과 체크아웃덕에 빠르게 입실하였고요,👍
오렌지동 객실로 지정되어 스노우빌리지 가는길이 매우 멀더라고요. 신나게 눈썰매타고오늘길에 둘째가 힘들다며ㅜㅜ
초4아이의 첫 스키강습은 좋은 강사님 만나서 기본기 잘배웠네요^^
객실은 저렴한가격에 간거라 ㅎㅎ 생각보다 괜찮았고요,
잠자기위한 곳이라 크게 생각안핬어요.
주변 편의점이 엄청 잘되있더라고요^^
2박3일동안 너무 알찬 가족여행이였어요.
