Adoreiiiiiiiiiii a localização do hotel, o staff sempre disponível , atensiosos e simpáticos. No hotel existe animação todos os dias (super activos e simpáticos)e espaços para crianças e bebé, com um apiscina enorme mesmo a frente do oceano,. Grande variedade de comida,. Recomendo vivamente.

Our 1st visit to Sri Lanka and we were very much looking forward to our stay at Club Hotel Dolphin, upon arrival we were greeted warmly and shown to our room. We were staying in one of the superior rooms on the 3rd floor, there is no lift only for staff to use so if you have any mobility issues make sure you request a ground floor room. We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the room, however after a quick chat with reception this was quickly rectified. The pool area and grounds of the hotel are kept immaculately clean and EVERY single member of staff we encountered was super polite and friendly. Animation team work hard by the main pool every day to get you involved in the many activities but are super understandable if you just let them know you want to chill on your sun lounger. We were lucky enough to be there for NYE, and oh my word what a night it was.....absolutely incredible. The amount of effort that went into making sure the night was a success was phenomenal and honestly, it was one of the best NYE's we have had in long time. A huge thank you and well done to all involved. Food - now this is the reason I can't give 5 stars, whilst the dishes we tried were delicious it was always luke warm at best.....I know this has been mentioned to the management team and I really hope they listen to the feedback. I appreciate it is a buffet setting and there will always be a period of time the food is stood but even when we went for breakfast/lunch/dinner as soon as the restaurant opened the food was never hot. Such a shame as you can see how much effort goes into creating the dishes. Overall we had a wonderful week in Sri Lanka

The Resort is very nice. We stayed in a Gardenvilla. It was my second visit. The staff is very nice. The Maincook is so friendly. We geht Special Menuwishes.:) Also the Animationteam ist very nice. I played Biliard with Kalindu very often. He is a very nice guy :) We stay in contact since our last visit. Our Holidays were very nice! We will visit again in a few years!

Our first visit to this beautiful country and we hit the jackpot when we landed at the Dolphin. On arrival, early evening we were greeted with a welcome drink whilst we booked in. Our room was very spacious with views over the pool and beach, with very efficient A/C and ample storage space. Special mention to housekeeping for his marvellous elephant creations, floral displays whilst keeping our room immaculate (324), sorry forgot your name. Lovely restaurant with super choices for all tastes, special thanks to the executive soux chef and head chef for going the extra mile to prepare meals for my wife ,who is allergic to garlic. Waiting staff very attentive and friendly. Reception staff were extremely helpful when needed, and the entertainment team produced marvellous shows in the theatre, thankyou. We tended to use the Quiet pool which was so tranquil and peaceful with lovely snacks from the bar and great staff. Our pool attendant was fabulous and i hope his efforts, creating the ' Pool Library' are appreciated by future guests. The staff are absolutely amazing they Carnt do enough for us our cleaner Upul Thanku for our lovely displays you made for our room they were amazing We tended to go to the quiet pool and the man who looked after us was also amazing I’m just sorry I Carnt remember his name Thanku for looking after us so well and our glasses have never looked so clean The restaurant staff once again a big thanku you are all amazing and made us feel welcome at all times, reception staff amazing , bar staff, entertainment, gardeners EVERY ONE OF YOU are fantastic and amazing and we are definitely returning to see you all again Thanku for making our first visit to your country a very special one

We booked a villa and it was clean. However when we checked in the bathroom sink tap wasn’t working and the shower only had hot water. The maintenance came and fixed it but it was frustrating because we had to wait till they fix it. The breakfast wasn’t that great and didn’t have a good spread as I expected. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

We recommend dolphin hotel. Loved every minute off our stay there. The only criticism would be the food could be a hoter. The staff are amazing. The service is amazing. The pool is fantastic. The room was cleaned daily. If your going to book your trips go to the beach and look for Nipun F'do.
