My Uber was driving around in ever decreasing circles as we couldn't find this hotel. But then La Defense is pretty impenetrable by car so I shouldn't have been surprised. Finally made it to reception to be greeted by a lot of smiling faces and the news that my room had been upgraded. The room itself (I had no idea what it had been upgraded from) was great - big double bed, plenty of space, soft towels. I tried the TV but there were only the usual channels. It would be nice (and perhaps expected in an hotel like this) to have a smart TV so I could login to my accounts but no. I had a fantastic caesar salad for dinner via room service, although the ordering method was slightly convoluted (via an app which you needed to scroll through to find the right bit - sounds straightforward but it wasn't completely). The bed was really comfortable and no noise from outside. In the morning the shower was powerful and hot and easy to use (not always the case first go). So friendly staff, nice room, good food, and tip-top shower - that's really all you want or need from a hotel.

Last minute we changed to Hilton Paris La Défense, thought its a bit far from city center compare to our original booking, but the branding and quality of service made us comfortable and secure. The hotel located at Cnit shopping center, closed to metro, the staffs are well trained, polite and professional, care about the guests. Outside hotel entrance is a taxi stand, the only chanllanging part is when we use Freenow to book private hire cars, we have to drop off at Pullman Hotel which is few hundred metres away, as no vehicle can assess directly to the hotel entrance. It's good that our europe trip ends up with a real four star hotel with quality.

Very good location, close to the new Arc de Triomphe, is the CBD center. The attitude of the service staff is particularly good. The rooms are spacious and bright, the balcony is comfortable and the facilities are new. Next time I go to France, I will book this hotel!

First time in the heart of Paris, I needed a room close to the Arena defense. I am not disappointed in just 5 minutes we are there. Spacious studios and rooms. The AC had issues in my room so they immediately changed my room and gave me free breakfast each morning for the inconvenience. Very attentive and kind staff. The hotel is modern and vibrant. Love the fact it has a laundry room, a great gym (visited each day) and a pool. The nights are very calm and quiet and the neighborhood has some great restaus. A short walk (700 m) to the metro. Will be back for sure. A huge thank you to the staff and hotel. Top service. I recommend wholeheartedly
