Hotéis em Puteaux com Breakfast

My Uber was driving around in ever decreasing circles as we couldn't find this hotel. But then La Defense is pretty impenetrable by car so I shouldn't have been surprised. Finally made it to reception to be greeted by a lot of smiling faces and the news that my room had been upgraded. The room itself (I had no idea what it had been upgraded from) was great - big double bed, plenty of space, soft towels. I tried the TV but there were only the usual channels. It would be nice (and perhaps expected in an hotel like this) to have a smart TV so I could login to my accounts but no. I had a fantastic caesar salad for dinner via room service, although the ordering method was slightly convoluted (via an app which you needed to scroll through to find the right bit - sounds straightforward but it wasn't completely). The bed was really comfortable and no noise from outside. In the morning the shower was powerful and hot and easy to use (not always the case first go). So friendly staff, nice room, good food, and tip-top shower - that's really all you want or need from a hotel.

Last minute we changed to Hilton Paris La Défense, thought its a bit far from city center compare to our original booking, but the branding and quality of service made us comfortable and secure. The hotel located at Cnit shopping center, closed to metro, the staffs are well trained, polite and professional, care about the guests. Outside hotel entrance is a taxi stand, the only chanllanging part is when we use Freenow to book private hire cars, we have to drop off at Pullman Hotel which is few hundred metres away, as no vehicle can assess directly to the hotel entrance. It's good that our europe trip ends up with a real four star hotel with quality.

Very good location, close to the new Arc de Triomphe, is the CBD center. The attitude of the service staff is particularly good. The rooms are spacious and bright, the balcony is comfortable and the facilities are new. Next time I go to France, I will book this hotel!

We had the best time at Mama Shelter La Defense. The hotel staff were all really friendly & helpful. Our room was a good size and the bed was SO comfortable. We went to the penthouse a couple times for drinks and the diner once for breakfast and everything was really delicious. The diner breakfast option was really good value. We also found the location, while further out, is really well connected and you’re in central Paris in no time. We will no doubt come back to this hotel again as we regularly visit Paris and this was a perfect experience.

My experience was great, although you have to know where it is. In our case we wanted to be close to our son's residence and it was perfect, but if you come to see Paris you have to know that it is far from the center and a 10/15 minute walk from the metro that takes you to the city The hotel is phenomenal, the room is very complete, comfortable and clean, the beds are super comfortable It has a kitchen with everything you need in case you want to eat in the apartment, you also have a supermarket two steps away The only The downside is that we stayed five nights and they only cleaned the room one day, we didn't understand why since when I hired it it didn't specify that such a basic service was not included. Breakfast costs €18, we thought it was too much for what it offered. Otherwise, the experience was magnificent

Very close to Arche de la Defense and a huge shopping complex where you can find the metro as well. Quiet location and yet quite central. Friendly staff & always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, we picked up bed punishes on the body, big buttons appeared. We had not reported the problem during the stay because we didn't know what was happening. We thought it was only itching, spider pips and ephemeral buttons but not. Once we returned home, we were directly at the doctor who confirmed that they are beautiful and well-buttoned because of bed punishment. Soon, we remind the hotel to make a report on the problem, the monsieur de l'accueil, begin to be incomprehensible at the phone to and worry about comments we were going to put on Booking instead of asking for our state and presenting Excuse me. In addition, the shower courtyard is very dirty with blue color on. In short, room 301 ”named Henri IV” never accept there are punishes unless you love the punishes. A typical Paris 3-star hotel with very small rooms. Like really small. One normal travel bag was challenging to get opened properly, with two bags it was really bag acrobatics. The air-conditioning was the noisiest I have ever experienced on a hotel room. Rooms have seen better days, but they were clean and also cleaned properly during our stay. The only funny thing was that only one set of towels was delivered to the room, we had to ask a second set every day (and yes, we checked that we were registered for double occupancy) The staff was friendly. Breakfast OK, nothing special but all essentials were there. Would I stay here again? Yes if there were really no other alternatives. The price level was *really* high for the overall quality.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is a little small but functional with nice toiletries (Soap, Shower gel/Shampoo etc). Bed was firm but comfortable and there are extra pillows and a blanket supplied. Our room (104) had air conditioning and was at the front of the hotel but we never had any noise issues. Breakfast was lovely, a simple continental style but plentyful and fresh. The hotel is in a nice quiet suburb of Paris (Puteaux) but just 15 minutes walk from La Defense or Esplanade stations with easy access to the rest of the city. Nearby there are a few restaurants and shops, although we found some were closed at weekend/only opened on the Monday as we were leaving. (we think this is as its near the business district) We walked from Puteaux to Surenses to go to Longchamps races which was easy

After staying for a week, it feels quite convenient. Fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is a problem with the water coming out of the shower head. It is not convenient to take a shower during the stay. I have been washing with the shower head, which is a little disappointing. There are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat. It is very close to the subway station, so it is very convenient to go into the city. Overall is OK.
