The room was spacious and clean. The staff were efficient. There are coffee making facilities in the room as well as a microwave and a fridge. We had a comfortable night and breakfast, which is self service was fine. The hotel was within easy reach of places to eat and there’s a small bar on site.

Overall, a fine hotel. We were greeted with the smell of fresh hot cookies and coffee and a nice greeting. 2 of the 4 staff we met were exceptional. The other 2 were adequate. Later the cookies and coffee ran out, that was disappointing. The facility is nice, and the free breakfast is adequate, fine, not exceptional. The internet worked well. The room was nice but was damp and had a mold odor. The windows do not open, so we could not try to air the room out. We left the bathroom fan on, but that did not seem to help. We asked to check-out 30 minutes late, which was denied (by one of the 2 not-exceptional staff), that was disappointing. They also charge a room safe Fee of about $2 a day. They make you opt out and they will remove the fee, but you have to request the removal, or they just charge you. This is also not OK. But overall, an acceptable and pleasant experience at the only hotel in Punxsutawney, until the Shadow Hotel opens in 2025.

Not sure why the two rooms reserved at the same time cannot be right across the hall or next to one another when booked at the same time and requested that way... But... It was a good stay. Hotel is close to town. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast selections were okay. Staff was very nice and kind.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to get a good night's sleep as it was quiet. Also very comfortable pillows for a hotel. Probably the best hotel pillows I ever slept on. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I wish I knew the man's name who helped my husband and I find restaurants in the area on line. He went out of his way to check the restaurant hours for us. The breakfast was good and ready on time. We would definitely go back if ever in the area again.

Stayed one night with family (not Groundhog Day). Friendly and efficient staff. Room clean and comfortable. Good location. Felt safe. Complimentary breakfast included hot items and was plentiful. Coffee in lobby was delicious with multiple options. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Super ticked off. I put my name on a list 2 years in ADVANCE. I was told I was 8th on a list for Groundhog's Day. I called to confirm and the assistant manager didn't even offer to check her "list". She seemed annoyed I would call. She said all the rooms were booked and if you got a room you were on the list.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were awesome! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean, and they left a wonderful welcome basket for the Groundhog Day weekend celebration, which was a lovely surprise! We hope to come again in 2026!

Having grown up in Punxsy and having family in the area we visit several times a year and stay at Cobblestone. My husband is always on the lookout for the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies. Oatmeal raisin is his favorite. The first couple of days there were no oatmeal raisin cookies. I mentioned it to the desk staff and oatmeal cookies appeared that night. He was so happy.

We went and stayed the night there due to a funeral the next day. The staff who was working the day we went there on the 14th of January were amazing they treated my husband myself and our fur baby Daisy Belle wonderfully. The lady who worked in the morning was super quiet and didnt say much. We will be staying there again hopefully sometime in the future under better circumstances.
