Este é realmente um resort bomba para crianças e crianças de coração. O entretenimento foi perfeito, shows e atividades diferentes todos os dias (eles também fizeram uma peça da princesa da Disney e do Rei Leão), eles oferecem carros alegóricos aos quais todos têm acesso. Você tem acesso a outros resorts conectados, literalmente tudo estava perfeito. Eu só queria que houvesse mais comida “dominicana”, há uma variedade de alimentos, mas isso teria encerrado a viagem. Minhas únicas reclamações no início da estadia não tinham trapos, isso é muito gueto pelo preço da viagem. Além disso, quando você sai do portão principal e tenta voltar, outros carrinhos passam com mais frequência, mas o de Fantasia nunca parece chegar. Aprendi que você pode pegar outro bonde para Bávaro (se bem me lembro) e pegar outro bonde para Fantasia. Essa era a verdadeira dor de cabeça, com uma criança pequena. Apesar de tudo, ainda recomendo este resort, um dos melhores que já visitei.

It is the best option for traveling as a family, the children are in a safe environment, the monitors are attentive and the security around the perimeter is very good.
If you expect to see Las Vegas style shows, don't get your hopes up, the place has artists who do their best to entertain the guests.

The staff were amazing, super friendly. The food was good (same items repeated every other day). The buffet says open 7am to 10pm on the website but this is incorrect. It's closed between meals which is somewhat inconvenient when the hours aren't advertised and all other restaurants you must RSVP in advance. The gift shops were expensive but had your usual tourist items for purchase. At night in the outdoor theater there were little black flies and mosquitoes that attacked our legs pretty good. Most guests I noticed had these bites on their legs. Besides that, all and all we enjoyed our stay.

Its a wonderful resort with family we really enjoyed ,each day was different entertainment for kids and adults Francis and his team are so professional,we like the food at the buffet the chef Francisco are amazing everyday different food and sweet with beautiful presentations the girls at the kids club are super nice Vielka and Wendy are so so sweet the love ,patient and the care they cave to the kids are wowwww, the staff the waitresses at the pool each one of them did wonderful job we really love the place and we are definitely coming back

Property is nice and clean. Kids have multiple activities to do, but the duration of activity is short specially at Kids club. Also activities keep changing and are not consistent with plan. My kid was disappointed as he favourite monkey and parrot show was rescheduled and the face painting was for limited kids.
Food options need to be updated. It’s same food every day in buffet. Lot of mix up with the food trays and popular items are not refilled.
It would have been good if there were more Asian food options.
There is one restaurant Thali which serves Indian food but the options, quantity and availability is limited.

Overall a good experience. They keep the property very clean and the beach area was nice as well. Most of the staff were friendly with a few exceptions. Definitely a language barrier with most of the staff so practice your Spanish :)
Food was not my favorite. It was my least liked part of the trip. Most of it was tasteless and failed in comparison to other resort experiences.
Pool was nice.
Overall a decent property with fun evening shows .
Oh also no elevators so plan on using the stairs !

The beach is beautiful, pools are large and don't feel packed and the food is decent, and the staff are amazing. I had a blast This is a solid 5 star resort.
