They play with the vacation time you have problem with the booking in the only way they fix we pay extra money.

This is really a bomb resort for children and children at heart. The entertainment was perfect, different shows and activities every day (they did a Disney princess and lion King play as well) they provide pool floats that everyone has access to. You have access to other connecting resorts, literally everything was just about perfect. I just wished there was more “Dominican” food, there’s a variety of foods but that would’ve topped off the trip. My only complaints in the beginning of the stay they didn’t have any rags, that’s very ghetto for the price of the trip. Also when you leave the main gate and are trying to come back in, other trolleys come more frequently but Fantasia’s never seemed to come. I’ve learned that you can take another trolley to Bavaro (if I remember correctly) & take another trolley to Fantasia. That was the real headache though, with a young child. All in all I’d still recommend this resort, one of the best I’ve visited hands down

The entertainment staff was great. No complaints. But the service staff at the front desk was not only slow and careless, they were plain rude and insulting. They were 6 in the back of the desk and refused to serve us at check in for over 30 minutes, being very sarcastic and rude. At one point during the trip, they told us we could sign up for surf lessons and only had to pay if we did them. We didn't. At check out, they did not want to let us go unless we paid because they couldn't get the confirmation that we never took the class. We were going to miss our flight and had no choice but to pay for an activity we never did. No respect during the conversation, just very rude. We took pictures of all the staff and will be putting in a formal complaint. Thanks to your entertainment staff, our trip was ok but all in all, very bad experience. We have been to DR over 25 times, Bahia Principe was our worst experience. Very disappointed.

Service desk check in needs a lot of improvement, specially providing the right information to new comers and they should also need to improve there english.

I enjoyed my vacation i didnt want to leave . Its has a lot of family things to do . Staff is so friendly and helpfull and the checkin is so informative and great ( Galvin ) wink . The room I was in needs some TLC .

Great place to visit with kids and family. We had an awesome time there. Packed with fun filled various daily activities for kids and adults. 24 hrs room service option and so many restaurants and food options. Only improvement they need is staffs need to be more friendly and caring

Some of the staff that were dressed and labelled as managers or higher than those that greeted were rude and seem to feel above you asking questions. Hardly, anyone spoke anything other than their natuve tongue; spanish. I was charged an adult for my son 14 but then they had to be 18 to do activities on resort such as mini putt on their own which i thought was inconvenient and absurd! 3 out of 5 restaurants were good but service at all were poor and they were not busy which would be a good excuse.
