Bavaro Green

DO NOT RESERVE THIS PROPERTY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! They advertise for a certain amount a night but it actually cost more. We booked because our flight was cancelled until the next morning and needed a place to stay immediately. I booked like I normally do on ******* and immediately called the property manager to confirm that we were on our way from the airport. She confirmed that it was ok to come and told me someone would greet us. However, upon arriving, I was asked for an additional cash deposit and my passport! Even though I showed the attendant my ******* receipt and called the property manager again in front of him. They still wanted wanted more money and promised to return my passport in the morning! There was no way we were going to turn in our passports and pay more so we immediately left. Aside from this, we generally felt unsafe. It seemed like the attendant and taxi driver were in cahoots. The driver also overcharged us for the ride there and then to the next stop which wound up being the resort where we had stayed the previous week. I requested a refund from ******* because we immediately left and never set foot on the property. They denied my request for a refund and I am currently disputing the charge through my bank. I REITERATE...DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

Horrible place, the service is terrible, the most rude people working at the front desk, have no knowledge that they work with **********, never staying here or recomending this place

Do not book last minute!! This property stays available to book on ******* late at midnight but when we went there, the place is dark and no reception as they were already closed. Our taxi driver had to bang the gate to wake up the care taker only to turn us away because he didn’t have our names on his list. Let’s say that’s our fault because we booked late and as it turned out, they don’t accept late check in (we were desperate), but they should at least give our money back. But NO. unfortunately, they don’t do refund even with no service provided and ******* can’t do anything about it! Hope this helps someone.

I didn’t like the place, it looks old and smell wierd also they are in bad conditions.

I enjoyed the time here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were clean and well maintained.

Great location and convenient to downtown. Service was great and staff is very friendly and attentive to needs of guests.

This seems to be one hotel with two names: Bávaro Green and Punta Cana Seven Beaches. If that’s not confusing enough, it’s nowhere near Bávaro nor central Punta Cana nor ANY beaches. It’s located in a residential community in the Verón area (which is in the general Punta Cana region of the country). However, it is pleasant, reasonably priced accommodation near a large supermarket (depar**ent store really), a Pizza Hut, and fast food chicken restaurant. My room was actually more of a suite with a nice kitchen, dining area, living area, and good air condition in the separate bedroom. It was all spotless. The pool was cold but clean and there were plenty of places to lounge around it. I moved to much cheaper accommodation that was just as nice (without a kitchen) a few blocks from the beach. However, this might be fine if you just want a place to lounge around in the sun and cook your own meals.

What we liked about this property was the pool, the view and the apar**ent itself, What we didn’t like was that some of the staff wasn’t friendly, Check in was a disaster, The entire building needs an upgrade, we didn’t get new towels or toilet paper each day, the batteries in the remote controls for the tv and AC were not working. The contact number on the ******* website belongs to someone else and not the property itself. This property was not at all the way it is described on *******. Overall a good stay but very disappointed.

The property is amazing, it is very close to the airport and the mall, I love how I get a feel for the culture in this hotel the neighbors and other guests are also friendly, the staff is friendly as well
