Viagem perfeita em família! Hotel incrível, pé na areia, com carros de Golf e bicicletas para adultos e crianças disponíveis! A equipe do hotel foi maravilhosa! Ciara e Diana, sempre disponíveis e cuidando de tudo para que fosse perfeito. Na praia, Emy e Miguel Angelo, sempre prontos a nos atender, diariamente deixavam as cadeiras arrumadas para a nossa chegada ! E os garçons do restaurante super atenciosos, já sabendo das nossas preferências, prontamente traziam os melhores croissants do mundo! Pessoal da recepção e motoristas também foram impecáveis! Espero voltar em breve!

Estive hospedada por 4 noites no Tortuga Bay, hotel incrível que vale todo investimento. Desde a chegada a Punta Cana , no aeroporto ate sua saída voce se sentira mimado e bem cuidado o tempo todo. Minha embaixadora adorável Ciara , foi muito amável, e atenciosa desde nos trazer brinquedos de praia para meu filho de 2 anos , até com me recomendar passeios e coisa para aproveitar o dia com o meu baby. Voce se sentira em uma casa de praia no paraíso pois a praia é calma e limpa e praticamente deserta. O resort é extremamente reservado , os funcionários são muito gentil e discretos A limpeza das vilas é extremamente rigoroso. No café da manha , todos os dias fomos recebidos com muito amor em especial meu filho , os atendentes Vitor e Antônio sempre muito gentil e prestativo nos recebia com um lindo sorriso.

O hotel é bem tranquilo com Otimos quartos , completos , amolos e luxuosos. Tivemos azar em encontrar a praia lotada de algas , sendo que o ponto especial do hotel deveria ser a praia, isso frustou muito a experiência. Os reataurantes do complexo sao muito bons e o servico de boa qualidade. Vale a visita à reserva indigena com suas piscinas naturais. Carrinhos de golfe sao disponibilizados para os hospedes para locomoverem entre restaurabtes e hoteis do complexo.

Tortuga bay resort is really beautiful and has all the vacation amenities money can buy. It's close to the airport, situated on a golf course alongside the beach that has our villas overlooking the beach. The hotel staff gives an excellent welcoming and service. While house keeping services' our villas to perfection. We will recommend anyone to try and vacation at TORTUGA in Punta Cana. It was worth the travel time.

They do a LOT of spraying here with awful chemicals that are banned in all other developed countries. They spray pesticides inside the bushes and the roads and even on the people. They'll spray right on top of you if you're in the wrong place at the wrong time. We tried to enjoy the cool evenings to bike along the complex but found ourselves covered in insecticide by this huge van the puts out a huge white cloud of pesticides. My wife and children and I had headaches and sinusitis for the entire stay. The mosquito spray stuck to our clothes and inside our nose. It seemed like a mix of kerosene and the atrocious spray of RAID insecticide sprayed onto the tourists. We spoke to the staff, who said that they had been doing this for years in order to kill mosquitos. But there are still mosquitos. What I did not see, were bees or butterflies. It's a pity that they have to damage our health and nobody cares. It's quite ignorant to think that a pesticide that kills insects won't kill other living things. All synthetic pesticides harm human health. Why don't they find another way without making us sick or poisoning everything. Overall this ruined our entire experience, as we felt poisoned.

You won't see the real DR here, but you will experience beauty and excellent care from the staff! Rooms were spacious, bright and clean, the food was excellent, and the beach gorgeous! ALL the staff were kind and attentive and we wanted to give a special note to Alcy who took extraordinary care of us during breakfast and lunch at the Bamboo restaurant. We will be back!!

You expect the best but you find even more. Nice place to visit with family with very kind staff. The beach club is great and the golf courses are amazing. You can enjoy the entire day barefoot. The beach restaurant Mare....we never won't forget

As an extremely well-traveled vacationer at only hi-end hotels, I seldom leave reviews. Yet, Tortuga Bay was SO exceptional in service I felt compelled to do so. Each and every employee on the property would go out of their way to assist us, regardless if it was their role. In addition, the facilities were flawless, which often in the Caribbean is hard to achieve in the harsh salt water environment. The attention to detail was palpable, differentiating Tortuga Bay from other hi-end hotels. I love boutique hotel properties vs. hi-end chains for this extra level of personal touches. Tortuga Bay is just a gem.

Without a doubt it has been one of the best weeks of our lives. At the Tortuga Bay hotel you feel pampered from the first to the last minute. Even when the hotel is full we have always had the feeling of being in paradise. We will never forget the attention they have had with my family this week and of course we will return. Thanks to Blanca, the director, for taking care of us and the rest of the guests every day, thank you. Joseph for being so close and captaining a team of wonderful professionals. Thanks to Antonio for welcoming us every morning at breakfast and lunch with a smile and of course thanks to each of his staff members in the restaurant, each one, without leaving any of them alone. Special thanks to Jhoan for being so kind and close to our family, a great professional and even a better person. Thanks also to all the beach staff! Manuel always receiving us with a smile and taking care of us down to the smallest detail. Tortuga Bay Hotel is undoubtedly the best luxury hotel to enjoy the best beach, the best gastronomy and the best personal attention in the entire Dominican Republic. See you very soon.
