We were here for our anniversary celebrations . Chef Gaurang who runs thier 'all day dining restuarant -Coriander' prepared a special dish every day in the breakfast to cater to gluten intolerance, View of waterfall, lilies and sky lit make the place inviting . Chef Sarthak whipped great starters during the 'Kabana-open air pool restaurant ' experience . With string lights , pool view and drinks , that was a perfect accompaniment taking the gluten free requirment in account . 'roof top terrace bar -Aldila', Chef Kunal created some lovely Italian entree and main course . Special mention to Zing, who was attentive care during our entire Aldila Evening . Infact Chef Gaurang also got all his other chef colleagues across restaurants aligned to the dietary requirment for a delightful stay . Great property for special occassions with a super kitchen and hospitality team !
