Shabby! Dilapidated rooms and fittings and extremely dusty, thanks to the pathetic internal roads which is covered with granite dust!! For 10k per night we would get resorts which are much better! I wouldn’t stay here even if they offered me an 80% discount. Location is good but the view is average and depends entirely on the type of room we choose. The 10k rooms are definitely not worth it, and I can’t imagine why anyone would pay more than 10k here (even if it’s for the view)!!!!

This property is well maintained with decent staff right from the security. It offers very well kept rooms, bathrooms and excellent food. A nice weekend destination amidst nature, this resort is worth going back again to rejuvenate during every season.

If you want to enjoy serene , relaxed and peaceful weekend in the midst of nature then cloud 9 should be your destination . All staffs that we met starting from security, house keeping , reception and Restaurant are very courteous and warm . Special mention for Shahid Thakur from Reception , Ajay & Dipu from restaurants for their support which made our stay comfortable and seamless . BIG thanks to all the folks ***aging the resort .

Visited resort and participated in amby drag race stayed in luxury cottage at cloud 9 with team. Dinner delicious and great hospitality. Spacious rooms. Superb weather. Late at night covered with fog in this summer season. Literally heaven on earth.......

I’ve always had best time here The cottages are lovely. Ravindra planned best decoration for our party. The services here are amazing Sahil guided us well and made best Arrangements Staff is cooperative and very helpful I had a great stay here

They arranged a beautiful candle light dinner with a beautiful view. Also the ***agement is very cooperative and helpful. Had a pleasant time here. Recommend the deluxe room which has a good bathtub and other amenities. There is also the gamezone, it really felt a good vacation.

It was nice experience and there’s nice person in hotel ***agement was very good well service provided by Shubham and well supported by Rabindra Sahu will visit next time as well food was also very good and affordable price as well cleaning was good

Once it was good but now it's deteriorated. Leftover stale food is served at exorbitant charges. People who don't bother for good food will enjoy this place. Much better choice of resorts and hotels are available in and around Lonavala 😳👎

At Cloud 9 Hills Resort, we enjoyed a pleasant stay with nice rooms and stunning hill views. The supportive staff added to the experience, making our getaway truly memorable. I went with my wify and my 2 cuties on our weddinng anniversary without any special dinner date plan but Mr. Rabindra Sahu has made our day by arranging a special dinner at Gazebo. Thanks Mr. Sahu for giving such a lovely memories.
