Hotel was good ,

They sick at hygiene. Big reason I won’t be staying again. The toilet seat. The bedsheet. Toilet shower were dirty.

La camera era spaziosa e silenziosa. La struttura non sembra ben ***tenuta anche nelle parti comuni, la moquette sporca, una lampada in camera non si spegneva. La cucina a vista del ristorante è disordinata e poco igienica, si vedono i muri sporchi e scrostati. La colazione è varia e buona.

Dear Reader, First call to the Hotel was unpleasant as the operator not knowledgeable. Called again direct to Front desk and very hospitable lady answered the phone. Who was the front desk ***ager on call. Her name Miss.Sustri who confirm our Booking in moment and gave very 5th floor view of the Metro running near by. Over looking the Jahangir Hospital. Down the Hotel at the doorstep you would find FoodHall which is renowned restaurant relocated from Camp ,Sachapir street called Oasis. The menu and price outstanding with Permit for Drinking alcohol. At the Hotel you would find good service , friend staffs around. Daily Breakfast Buffet has a fresh new look and dishes with Chef Mr. Dev Anand who overlook the best possible Assembled selections for the daily taste buds. Special at the bread with different daily morning sweeteners. The hotel provides late night supper buffet for the night owls at reasonable price. Only disappointment was the price of the hotel while nearby similar ratings Hotel had better pricing. This Hotel was highly recommend by my cousin who stayed here for a month due family work. Will surely visit again soon. Hope they give out better price. Watch for great staffs. Namely Front Desk Ms. Sustri and Ms. Sheetal with Mr. Bupender and Mr. Amar. Chef who to watch for tasty delights is Mr. Dev Anand. We also did Spa with reasonable couple price. Plus waiters all nice at breakfast. Thank you for reading.

Room service is very good … food is also very good ..hygiene is the top priority .. love to stay in this hotel and speacially the staff divaker and rihan thank you … they are very helpful We are here to celebrate our anniversary and they decorate the room … thank you crown plaza for cake and hospitality

We visited crowne plaza for the valentine's dinner and it was the best decision ever. The decoration around the dinning area ***** with live music, dance and photo booth was just perfect. The food was delicious and hospitality was top notch. Special thanks to Sandiya macha who hosted us from start to end she was very sweet and extremely helpful.

Conclusion first. My wife and I stayed at the Crown Plaza for 10 days attending a wedding in the Pune area. The Crown displayed three functions for its guests. Priority on our safety, second their detail to our comfort, and finally the attention they gave to our enjoyment. In the end our satisfaction led me to attempt to leave a tip for each of their 196 employees! And this review does not do them the justice of their dedication. Now the details; Entering the hotel you are greeted by Harpreet and his team. Good security practices while prioritizing the greeting. When we had an altercation with a taxi driver, Harpreet stepped in, had us go inside and arbitrated the solution between us and the driver calmly and professionally. Being welcomed by Sahiba, Babita (?), Santosh and all the front desk and ***agement staff was extraordinary. Their patience for all the key cards we erased with our phones, and help and smiles that made our days so much better. Santosh went so far as offering Uber fare to help us out, when actually his positive waves got my app to work ?!?! (Side note make sure your Uber app is working Before you get in country!!!) In the restaurant Caroline, ***si, Poulami, Souvik and all the staff that I never got the names, the cooks who not only fed us, but introduced us to eating in Pune, showing us the intricacies and combinations of the foods. They Love Food, and want to share that love with their guests. On the fifth floor, the housekeeping staff that I have shamefully forgotten their names, saved us over and over making sure that our clothes were pressed, water in rooms and comfort was ***aged, all while being nearly invisible. My final paragraph goes to the drivers that work at the Crown, they embody all the traits mentioned at the beginning. Mahesh and his counterparts by far were better, calmer, more professional than 90% of the Ubers that we experienced. But then going a step farther that they would get permission to stay with us if we or they had the slightest worry of our safety. Kudos to ***agement staff for that also. One driver (Rashid possibly) waited three hours for us at an engagement when we were worried about how to get back to the hotel after. Of course all of this is supported/inspired by the ***agement and there are so ***y that I never learned their names that I can only express ... THANK YOU

Neat and clean hotel ,Checking process was easy and fast...Support staff from reception to house keeping were kind and ready on toes for the support. Location also good...breakfast and dinner good.Thanks for making my stay comfortable.... for sure will stay again for my future visit. Special thanks to Mrs.Babita on front desk.

Great experience.. we checked in at 11.55 pm .. they upgraded my room… room waa amazing… at the time of checkout we met shabad or sahdab i forgot his name.. he was very humble.. great guy. We were heading to Conrad pune he called that hotel just to inform that we are coming .it was a great hospitality by him .. definitely we gonna come back to this hotel..
