I hadn't shaved in days, so I called down to the front desk and they promptly brought up a disposable razor – a really thoughtful detail! After a refreshing shower, I fell asleep instantly. The next day, I slept until past 1 PM, and they didn't rush me to check out, which was fantastic. I've stayed in many hotels where housekeeping woke me up, so this was a truly pleasant surprise. The owner must be young – hats off to this hotel!"
