The trip turn out to be very disappointing. Not to put the total blame on Pinnacle, but using their VIP service it got intercepted by a time share scan artist. They need to protect their customers a little better at the airport. Also I order a few things for the room and no one responded to the request. The next responses was for the transfer and mini bar service. Needless to say when I check in they had both request, so I paid double. The mini bar and the original request. Mexico is just full of scam artist, be very cautious when visiting.

Nice people great service , Daniel Escamilla was one of the person who really helped us out an make our vacations more enjoyable guiding us through our stay in the resort and making sure everyone was able to provide the best for us, house kipper, taxis when we needed to go places and always with a great attitude. The property is getting tired. Cracked tiles in the shower and both the pool towels and the room towels are ripped, stained and old.

Great place. I would not recommend using the VIP transportation from the airport to the Pinnacle. They were 2 hours late and no chargers were removed. We took a taxi back for half the cost and on time. The place was great otherwise.
Highly recommend staying here.

It’s a nice property located on top of the hill. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen and the utensils you want/need.
Had a full gym and rooftop pool too, which is nice.

We’ve stayed at Pinnacle before and will continue to return. The location is excellent for the beach and exploring Zona Romantica. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

This is a great and affordable location!!! It has an infinity pool at the top of the building and it overlooks everything. It adds to the relaxation and serenity you expect from a vacation.

Pros: great service stuff people. Nice rooftop pool and bar.
Cons: refund needs to request ahead of 60 days. That's too long. I didn't pay attention such an unusual refundable period and requested before 50 days. The admin team didn't help me.
