Upon arrival the staff right away was so exceptionally nice, SUPER easy check in, Francisco was so kind and help with information. The chairs on the beach are meant for the hotel guest, the food is AWESOME, the nachos were so delicious, the margaritas were delicious. So so happy we chose this hotel. The views were incredible. Definitely recommend staying at Blue chairs!

Passamos 3 noites nesse hotel decadente, sem nenhum conforto. Um resort em frente à praia que não tem serviço de praia e ainda cobra consumação de 20 dólares por hóspede. Não recomendo a ninguém. O hotel precisa de uma super reforma urgente e não há sinal de que isso será feito…

The staff were nice and very helpful. Very good beachfront location. Only thing that made my stay uncomfortable was the sluggish water pressure at our room.

The only positive part of the hotel is the location and service but for this price you mind just renting a nice short term rental. This is a clear example of why hotels are decaying. Wifi will not work in the room, staff will admit it, so admin knows and they simply dont care to fix it. The bathrooms are full of mold and if you are environmentally conscious be ready to take cold showers because it takes a good 10 minutes before hot water comes up. Beds and sheets are old, they feel like napkins. Service is amazing.

Good view, however that was not enough to overlook the howling party goers inside the hotel until 3am. Pigeons and poop all over balcony. beds and pillows are terrible. Drafty room, Dirty pool. Staff was indifferent. Luckily we only booked two nights here. So we cut our looses and left after the first night. Expensive lesson we will not be back.

So the hot water or lack of was just disrespectful. No clean towels provided after the 2 day of a 5 day stay.the elevator was constantly not working. I had a Junior suite great view But couldn’t enjoy it do the the pegions poop everywhere. Air conditioning was not consistent worked one day didn’t work the next. Kitchen lacked necessary equipment needed for food preparation. Hustler hassising you constantly in front of the hotel and on the beach and the staff is powerless to do anything about it. Would not recommend this place ever.

Friendly staff. Abel Very helpful, Beach was great. a refrigerator and hot showers would be nice. Food Menu was good , Sunday Drag show was fun, Would stay again.

We’ve stayed here three times now, because it was cheap and a good location. Unfortunately after this trip we won’t be returning. Firstly, it isn’t cheap anymore, a $4.00usd coffee is outrageous. I was without a working toilet for 22 hours. Television didn’t work the entire time. Power outage that only affected this building. And finally being trapped in the elevator, without even an apology!
