Far too expensive as to service. Cleaning x3/week; floors should be cleaned with wet mop. Only toilet was wet mopped, but not living area and bedroom. So much powdery sand in air; cannot avoid it entering apartment. Stayed 2 weeks. Owner couldn’t be reached either by phone, text msg or email and staff was not authorised to solve Wi-Fi problem without his permission. He didn’t reply even own staff! Very weird and poor service. Wi-Fi was not working - mostly off-line all the time. Old routers removed, not replaced by new ones. Each room needs own router for good Wi-Fi. I had to use expensive mobile data to check emails etc. Had no choice but contact TUI travel agency. They were very helpful and tried to contact owner multiple times: no reply! The first time ever I had to turn to travel agency for help. Nowadays, every hotel should be able to offer quick Wi-Fi. It’s important to receive messages from travel agency in case of changes in schedules.The day before departure a man from telephone company came to check Internet. He said they had done improvements for connection and it worked for a while, but then same problem occurred. Wi-Fi was off almost all day. Reception was supposed to be open every day from 9-17, but was closed every Friday. This should read in opening hours. It’s a pity; such a lovely location, but not meeting expectations and therefore far too expensive. Owner has no interest in guests, this left very poor impression.
