This is our third time at Iberostar Grand Paraiso and we love it more and more with every visit. Everything from the airport transportation (we used USA Transfer) to the check-in, entertainment, staff, service, food selection and quality to checkout is simply 5 star all around.

Loved this resort. Everything is grand- thought we were in Las Vegas. We have stayed at numerous VIP resorts in past so the only thing I can complain about is the lack of little things butlers usually do for us...example- run a bath, bring appetizers. The butlers were good for reserving restaurants but thats it basically. Cleanest resort we have ever been to and all staff were amazing!!

This hotel is by far the best we have stayed in. The facilities were so beautiful, clean, and spacious. Our room was spectacular. The food was the best no matter where we ate! Service couldn't be better!

Beautiful property. Excellent, I had a great time with my friends and the star friends, Fer and Luis. And all the entertainment team. Is the best place to have vacations. The food and facilities were excellent. I hope to come back soon.

Iberostar was absolutely Amazing! I spent my birthday there this past week. I stayed in the villa. The only negative thing I didn’t want my vacation to end lol. Everyone at Iberostar is so Pleasant and treats you like royalty. I would love to return.

Booked a villa, which was an excellent choice. Private pool, butler service, whirlpool bathtub, huge walk-in shower and decorated very tastefully.
