Villas Alondra

Just returned from a short break away with friends. We stayed in a classic villa No 14. Accommodation was perfect, had everything we needed and more. The staff are all wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and we were all really well looked after. Perfect location, just a short walk to the Old Town and taxi back only 4/5 euro. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. If you’re a Nutella fan there’s the largest pot of Nutella I’ve ever seen in my life. There was dairy free milk also and allergen info displayed at breakfast selection. I will return again 😊

I recently returned home from a 12 night stay in a Grand Villa Deluxe. I travelled with my mum and my 4 month old daughter. This is the ideal place to stay if you have children but still want to experience luxury! We were originally booked to stay for 7 nights but managed to extend our stay for another 5 as we simply did not want to leave. My daughter absolutely loved the private pool, she was in it multiple times a day and was starting to learn to kick her legs by the end of our stay! We all had the most amazing time and we can’t wait to come back again! We will hopefully be back in the next few months!

What can I say. One of, if not the nicest resort and accommodation I have ever had the pleasure to stay a glorious week at. Absolutely outstanding standard in everything they do. The staff were always perfectly friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as faultless and relaxed as possible. We stayed in a Classic Villa which was beautiful and immaculate. The heated pool was a pleasure to swim in everyday and the cleaning of it, and the Villa every 2 days was fantastic. We had breakfast included which was also up to the same amazing standard as everything else. With a very wide selection of both hot and cold breakfasts and an array of drinks and fruit to choose from also. All in all a very impressive, immaculately maintained resort and accommodation with friendly staff that make it easy to have a wonderful, stress free, relaxed holiday on this special little island. We are just about to leave our first Villa holiday at Alondra Villas. All we can say is that everthing was 5* plus. From the truly friendly welcome from Guest Services (in particular Marina, Felix and Alberto) to the stunning Villa and surroundings we stayed in (which we had everything you could possibly think of and more). Nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff worked extremely hard to make everything look immaculate. We had maid service every other day and the pool was maintained meticulously. We had a couple of very small issues, however after speaking to reception the maintenance man would beat me back to the villa, that's how quick things are resolved. Everyone was friendly, including all the grounds staff and I was impressed with the fact that we were encouraged to provide feedback on any improvements or suggestions that could be made to improve our stay from Management, it shows that their clientele is very important to them. As it happens, everything for us was just perfect. We chose bed and breakfast and the breakfast was amazing and catered for everyone's palate. You could sit under the tipi and take in the beautiful pool surroundings. I liked the fact that you could have staggered breakfast times, which meant we didn't have to rush and could enjoy a leisurely swim before hand. I know there are mixed reviews on the pool however at this time of year it was well worth the money to heat the pool and it did make a difference. At night you have to try out their cocktails at the bar, the lounge setting is so tranquil and makes you feel like you are in your own little bit of paradise. A must is to scan their app on arrival as it provides you with an extensive list of all their facilities and special add ons that you can arrange during your stay to make it that extra bit special. As I said the list is extensive and covers everything you could want so too much to mention individually. Finally we requested to keep our villa on longer due to a night flight and although they were fully booked they did everything they could to accomodate our request, offering alternative solutions. We opted for paying to stay in one of their cottages for they day, which just added to our experience as it was also stunning and allowed us to relax for the day, excellent customer service. The villa and decor were of an exceptional standard. Staff were very helpful and friendly (thanks Alberto, Jovi and marion). Problems were resolved rapidly and professionally. Pool was cleaned every other day usually before we had breakfast.

This would have been a 5 star review but I had to take a star away because of what happened our very first night. We arrived in arrecife Airport around 8ish and by the time we got to the coach and found out we were the second last to be dropped off we didn't arrive to the reception until 9:30. Upon arrival and the coach dropping us off at night with no street lights the reception was closed and a small sign on the window saying for late arrivals please go to la isla el Mar Hotel to be checked in. We were in a foreign country in the middle of the night with a 10 year old and didn't have a clue where we were. Fortunately we passed the hotel on the way so we had to walk down a steep hill with all of our luggage. Once we were all signed in we got told maintenance would come and pick us up and take us to our villa. 30 minutes later we got told they couldn't get the car out. So the hotel said they would pay for taxis for us. We eventually got there around 11 pm ish and a man men us there and literally gave us the key and said goodbye. End of the bad stuff. The villa and its surroundings were amazing. We stayed in a classic villa and it was beautiful and very clean. The staff were amazing and we wanted for nothing. Plus the breakfasts were out of this world. We were going to have a bbq one day and we couldn't find one in the villa, so we messaged them and within 30 minutes a bbq arrived. We have booked again for next year. So it hasn't put us off at all.

We spent a week at this beautiful resort. We stayed in a Villa Deluxe. The food was just amazing, we were half board, and enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The villas are just perfect and having our own pool was such a treat. Marion in reception was really helpful on a couple of occasions and helped to make our holiday perfect. The team at reception all go above and beyond to make your stay great. Highly recommend spending time here!

Wow where to start with how fantastic this place is! Because of our flight time we arrived after reception closes but they had stayed to check us in and take us up to our villa. We had been upgraded to a Grand Deluxe and it was truly incredible. The pool was gorgeous (definitely get the pool heated) and so was the garden. The villa was fabulous, so comfortable and spotless. The breakfast every day was delicious not too much out at once but rather fresh and refilled frequently. But what was absolutely stand out at this villa was the staff team they are wonderful! Everyone is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble and you really feel that they want you to have the best possible holiday which we absolutely did! I can’t praise them enough they’re second to none and I would go back to these villas in a heartbeat 🥰

8th September till 22nd September. We are parents to a son who has complex needs, very hyper sensitive to strange places, taken out of routine proves ( we have spent thousands on family holidays cooped in our hotel because there are too many people making too much noise( we need is a private villa with pool and a half board basi….)after spending thousands previously with all manner of hotel and Villa at Alondras holidays we found our little piece of paradise. The motst well kept clean villas with private pool so, so important when your son had many complex needs and is hyper sensitive to, noise, and being out of regular routine he needs quiet environments…. WELL VILLA ALONDRAS made our holiday a dream, villa (8) with wonderful and staff could not have done more often checking we had everything we needed…..there was a lot of attention to detail and the pool was cleaned daily, the villa every 2 days there is always staff in and around who are only too pleased help, we went half board…..worth every penny, be aware it is likely the choice for prepaid stay have a choice of 3 starter, three mains and three desserts and I found the food to be excellent as was the breakfast. Our perfect place in a little piece of paradise is in Lanzarote and certainly when beyond our needs and expectations. All I can say is thank you everyone at Alondras Villa, this was a holiday was one we just couldn’t ask for anything more. Food was excellent, service excellent…….we will be back hopefully soon…..From the bottom of my heart for us we really have found the perfect place, thank so all so much. Please send our sincere thank to every on involved in caring for the complex so well kept, food was amazing as were the staff, thank you all so very much, you made this holiday the best for us as a family with a son who has learning disabilities, he felt so grow up and special…..thank you…..again thank you all.
