Friendly staff. Spacious apartment in a quite location. Bar and Pool available. Supermarket round the corner

Awful . The room is awful when we checked in we had a view of the bins and the bar . Not very happy but after speaking to people on a local site decided to give benefit of doubt . Went shopping came back to the room to put the food away and found a dirty overflowing bin in the cupboard . Then we went out and came back and saw the pull out bed . The sofa part is like a brick and the pull out bit sits on the floor with a thin creaky mattress even my 7 year old granddaughter wouldn't sleep on . We have decided to move to another apartment tomorrow I have stayed in before but come here in the day to use the pool etc as we have paid for it we will use it as a base but sleep somewhere else . Also only 2 plugs in the whole apartment and one you have to pull the headboard away from the wall to reach air con is good though.

I stayed in room 113 got back yesterday evening the 9th June 24 cannot fault the hotel one bit lovely place quiet and very friendly throughout from the staff can’t do enough for you you all work so so hard great location spar down the road lots of bars restaurants or simply just a stroll along the beach the choice is yours definitely be back at some point

Just back from a great week in the Montana Club Suite Hotel in Lanzarote. We were in one of the refurbished apartments (224) and it was done very well - spotlessly clean with a great layout. We had opted for bed and breakfast and would like to say a particular thank you to the lady who served us Tuesday to Friday, she was so friendly and cooked lovely breakfasts for us (apologies we didn’t catch her name, but she also manned the reception on the Saturday). The location of the hotel is perfect - in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen, but because it’s three streets back from the front, it’s so quiet at night. The only issue we found was the sun loungers - they could really do with upgrading them as they were a bit tired and some had broken back adjusters. We would absolutely recommend Montana Club and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Stayed in apartment 101. Fantastic rooms very clean. All staff friendly and helpful and go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable .It’s a place where you feel safe . Been numerous times over a ten year period never disappointed. Good central bar area with a happy hour daily .

Lovely little hotel. Very clean and even the basic rooms have everything you need and very spacious. Around the pool is just a bit too quiet and could do with a bit of music, I was not the only person that thought this. Apart from that I will definitely be returning.

We stayed here last week. Great location and two good sized pools. We were in rooms 107 and 108 which are the worst on the complex but we were the last to book so I can’t complain as they are perfectly adequate and kept clean every other day. Pool bar does good food and I thought the prices were reasonable enough to be honest, the portions are huge and the bar staff work their socks off. Watching the saddos trying to get their sun beds was hilarious as these guys don’t want to be walking too far as they are obviously just lazy and obese but there were plenty of beds so there’s no need to panic. I’d book again and may well do when I get back. Give this place a go

This is just such a fantastic complex suitable for all ages there was 11 of us in total and we ranged from 13-70 and we all had an absolutely fantastic time. The team at Montana are just so kind and friends and work hard to ensure you have a great holiday. Its spotlessly clean and so comfortable and we can’t wait to go back again In November

Can honestly say that I would go back to this complex again. I took my daughter who is 14 it was our first holiday just me and her so I was nervous. We got to the complex late at night ( transfer with jet 2 who’s staff through out the whole journey where amazing ) And the waiter ( who I wish I had got his name who covers reception and the bar area was very helpful throughout the full holiday as well as the other staff ) Greeted us and explained the spar shop time and relevant inform. We stayed in apartment 116 it had kettle , microwave, fridge , hobs , Kitchen equipment ,tv pull out single sofa bed just enough for us . Bedroom had 2 single beds , bath room basic but clean again just enough for us .you can hire the safe if you see reception for the code . Staff regularly cleaned and give fresh towels and took rubbish away . But plenty bins around the complex to keep the place clean and tidy . They are 2 pools on the complex and a bar that you can get drinks and food from . Good size portions for the price and again all staff lovely . Sun loungers can be hard to get as people put towels on them in the morning but don’t use them till the afternoon ( states on the information given by complex this is not allowed but it’s still happened,) but we spent most of the time out the complex down the main stretch so by the time we came back some empty ones were available. The main stretch is about a 5-7 minute walk and it has an amazing amount of shops and restaurants. Beach’s are lovely and you can hire loungers with umbrellas. Further down near old town you can hire paddle boats , there is lots of information you can get to do different activities if you are looking for adventure. We purchased a love lock and popped our name on it you can get them at most of the shops so we will be part of Lanzarote . Not once did I feel pressure to go in to a restaurant or bar by staff out side all very friendly and helpful. We did min golf one day and the lady who runs the mini golf was so friendly as well . Lots of walking so make sure comfortable shoes if you want to walk from new town to old town . Am so glad I choose this complex and area to visit its give me the confidence to look at other holidays . But we will visit this complex again rooms are being updating at present as well . When leaving and waiting to be picked up suitcase can be left at the bar as no other place to leave them but I can say that it’s definitely a safe place staff can see them at all times . Also the young staff member who yells happy hour was one of my most favourite part of the day she just made me laugh. Big thank you to all the staff that made our holiday amazing.
