Relaxia Olivina

I spent here in that hotel a week it's the best experiences i got. The food and staff are here so nice the place its so clean. The entertainment people Vivan are super nice and help full. They keep as busy all day they got so many atraction for adults

We had the BEST time - I definitely recommend the hotel for both a friends AND family getaway. The hotel was super clean, there were lots of pools and the food and drinks were amazing. The drinks were even strong too! The entertainment was the best and we found ourselves coming back to the hotel to join the entertainment team at the end. Vivian was particularly lovely and we loved dancing with everyone! We would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone and would 100% come again. Thank you so much.

Had the best experience with my daughter, the animation team is fare far by the best ive ever came across. Ive travelled many times, the quality and compasion the team put into making your holiday amazimg is unreal, especially vivi and manel, vivi has a unique understanding of children on the spectrum ect, so sad to leave, will definitely return, thank you so much vivi and manual

Emanuel was super friendly, very chatty and polite can tell he loves his job! He always got everyone up and involved in the activities throughout the day. Me and my friend had such a laugh at this hotel absolute great staff and lovely hotel with multiple things to do throughout the day and evening.

Emanuel is amazing, very funny and chatty. Gets everyone involved in all the activities. Puts his all in everything he does and has made the holiday even better! He is always smiling and will have a laugh with you. Very friendly and all round an amazing person!! Very happy with the customer service he has provided us!!

Here goes! This has been the BEST holiday I have had in years-and the best of the 3 that I have had in Lanzarote. I did this one solo too! (I have previously stayed in the Barcelo -which was luxurious and did enjoy this, however, I would happily swap the luxury for the experience I have had at the Relaxia Olivina. I have also stayed at the San Antonio). This hotel is dated when it comes to the bar area in particular and I do believe it would benefit from having another member of staff to serve behind the bar too. My room was also outdated and I felt like I was living in a national trust 😆 but I did have air con and I soon got used to it. The animations team have made this holiday. THEY ALL DESERVE A SHOUT OUT and are a credit to the hotel....Each and everyone of the team were inclusive, welcoming, happy and highly driven when it came to getting all their holiday makers together to enjoy themselves and be involved in so many various activities ❤️. Honestly, their energy is contagious 😁. The food here has also been fantastic with lots of variety. I have really nothing to complain about.(I usually go out for food at least twice in a week because I usually get fed up......I didn't this holiday) Well done to the chefs! Cleanliness- I simply can't fault this either. You can smell the aroma as you walk the corridors. You also get a friendly good morning/afternoon from the staff as your passing too. Front of house and maintenance team-I have had a welcoming approach from the staff here everyday from reception team to the gardeners, and maintenance staff who are busy behind the scenes keeping the hotel safe and secure. This has not gone unnoticed! There are 3 different pool areas and each are different from relaxing, quiet and entertaining. (The loungers at the main pool aren't that comfy but it was the best pool for me to be at as I enjoyed the daily activities).There are also life guards working which is an added safety measure for everyone. Lastly, I would like to add the management team who were clearly visible around the hotel and not just stuck in the office. I witnessed them talking to their staff, correcting things in the restaurant and walking around the hotel daily. It was nice to see.

We here at moment and loving it, we haven't been in a hotel for years with such a fantastic entertainment team, kids love them screaming heads off, food is great lots of choice for even the pickiest eaters rooms spacious and kept clean by fantastic maid service, room has a bedroom which give my husband and I privacy from our alzeimers friend, we even asked today about Kate check out and was wrote in book that we wanted it and we are still here for another week, brilliant big thumbs up to our maid who looks after us in room 250 you are ace thanks to all for making our holiday up to now great

Overall it is great all inclusive hotel. Let's start of... LOCATION - 5 mins walk from the beach, another 10-15 mins walk from shops, bars and restaurants FOOD - yes, one of the best all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner we've ever had, honestly big choice and really tasty HEATED SWIMMING POOL- we went in april and heated swimming pool was actually heated even though there was around 25 degrees. REALLY GOOD EVENING ENTERTAINMENT STAFF - nice, friendly and polite, definitely they do their best either in the restaurant, reception or cleaning rooms. And finally... ROOMS - based on our stay, we probably got a room in worst location with not impressive view, however really good size, clean and you don't spend all day in there. Let's be honest, this is really good, enjoyable hotel either for couples or families.

Very nice hotel complex, I would give it 5 stars but it was a bit older and some areas were run down. However, the food was good, the staff were excellent! The free wifi is good, the location is good, the room was very very clean!! Comfy beds and pillows, LOADS OF SUNBEDS WITH "NO TOWELS ON BED" RESERVATION RULE ;))) Just one thing that would be very important if you go mid-summer, the room had NO AIR-CON!! The ceiling fan was fine in April but I cannot imagine how hot this would be in August?? (I'm just going to add one more time how nice and friendly all the staff were, it makes a difference)
