Well what can I say, from the moment we arrived and To the moment we left it was a great holiday, the staff were friendly, the rooms were large, all modern and clean, the reception staff were great and the night security was amazing he went over and above making sure we got to the airport when our taxi did not arrive. Lovely hotel, close to the front and all the other people staying were very friendly, we were there for my hag do and dressed in drag, everyone joined us in having a laugh about it, would definitely return and again a special thanks for the night security guy he was ace and a credit to your hotel.

We stayed here for the last part of our two months away and probably the worst with regards to 'sunbed wars'. There was a huge party and seemed that one of them would queue at 9.00am for 9.30am and secure a bed by placing a towel on the majority of the pool area! Then no one used them as weather was cooler this time. The management really needs to look into this as totally unfair to others. We were placed right near reception and the sound of the music from the bars continued into the early hours! Spacious apar**ent but would not return.

As always an absolute pleasure to stay here. 2nd time here. Spotless. Staff friendly and welcoming and lovely regular clientele too. Feel very safe. Small pool but doesnt bother me. Great amenities. Large apar**ents. Value for money. Food and drinks at the bar are lovely. Central location, 1 min walk to *****.

These apar**ents provided everything we needed for a great stay in Puerto Del Carmen. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and cleaned regularly, the cleaning staff were also really friendly. There was lots of fridge and freezer space, and the balcony was great. The location is perfect, its very central to restaurants and bars and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The Spar across the road was great too, and prices in the area are very reasonable. These apar**ents would be great for a holiday with friends or family. I can't wait to visit again soon!

Just back from Ellena apar**ents 15th to 22/1/2024 for 7 nights 5 friends, two apar**ents. One 3 bed, one 2 bed. Right next to pool & pool bar. Weather was mostly sunny and warm , cloudy at times. Evenings you'll need a light jacket. Apar**ents clean and basic which is reflected in the price we paid. My only gripe was the beds were awful so hard and uncomfortable. This is my personal opinion. Others in our group didn't mind as much but did agree they could be more comfortable. Pillow was memorie foam. Apar**ents cleaned every 2 days with fresh towels left. Pool was absolutely freezing. Only the bravest went in. Pool area was kept clean and tidy. Please note there NO air con so maybe consider this if looking at going in summer months. Staff we came across were friendly and helpful. Pool bar serves food. We ate from there few times. No complaints the food was good and a reasonable price. Outside on what's called the ***** has lots of bars and restaurants, gift shops. The vibe on the ***** was lively and great fun. Overall we had a fantastic girls holiday and will definitely be back. I'm going to pack an airbed next time 😁

Elena Apar**ents is a mixed bag I would say. The location is fantastic, no big hills to walk up and two mins from the *****. Apar**ent was clean on arrival and spacious. Ceiling Fans in the room and free Wi-Fi which is great. We stayed here as a family and did ask for a ground floor apar**ent (which we were given ). However this was right opposite a very noisy bar which had v loud music playing all night which wasn’t at all ideal. On top of that on a couple of evenings other people staying at the apar**ents were sat meters away from our door having a good old knees up drinking and swearing into the early hours. The language from them didn’t improve much during the day either - it was what I’d expect in Ayia Napa or Malia. Bar staff weren’t overly friendly….my husband asked for some change for THEIR pool table and was told “why can’t you go to reception , we need our change”. The reason he hadn’t was because there was people already waiting to check in and didn’t think it would be any trouble for them (obviously wrong). The pool is nice but again certain people staying at the apar**ents took over anywhere decent to sit and it got to a point on the last day where we could barely get from our apar**ent to go out as we were in a corner. Apar**ent was nice , very basic and no oven, just a microwave which grills and a hob. Large fridge which was useful. We stayed for six nights and the apar**ent was cleaned once during our stay which I think is probably the worst I’ve come across at places I’ve stayed in PDC. Oddly enough though the cleaner was in trying to clean around us before check out time on our last day which I found rude. Also we left an item in the room due to being rushed and I’ve emailed twice and no response. Wouldn’t stay here again as to be honest it’s only the location which is favourable unless you’re a regular visitor there and they know you.

Stayed in a 2 bed first floor apar**ent beginning of November at back of complex with hubby, daughter and Granddaughter. Friend had a 1 bed ground floor one nearer pool. Apar**ent was extremely hot and stuffy. No fan or a/c. Too noisy to keep the windows open at night, mainly due to the other guests and in particular, 1 family below us. Beds were hard and memory foam pillow was like granite so didn’t get a great deal of sleep all week. Clean, modern apar**ent. Long, narrow balcony so had to sit in a row like being at a bus stop. Only given 3 patio chairs so had to use a kitchen stool if we all wanted to sit outside but view was of apar**ent block in front so nothing really to look at. Patio door had dropped so hard to open and close. Outside lights both front and back didn’t work. Washing up liquid, scourer, cloth, shower gel and decent hairdryer all provided which was great but only 1 tiny bar of soap for 4 of us for a week and t towel filthy and soaking wet by end of week. Small teacups only so bought mugs from the shop for hot drinks. No storage in the bathroom apart from 1 shelf under the sink and no shelf or dressing table in the bedrooms so had to balance everything around the edge of the sink or on the toilet lid when doing hair and makeup. BBC1, ITV and C4 on TV. Decent WiFi with 4 device connections. Pool towels available for hire for a refundable 5e each but didn’t get refunded for ours as reception was closed when we left late on a very hot afternoon. Lockers available for luggage and a courtesy room with shower/toilet for late checkout but there were 3 families all trying to use it at once as there was no booking facility. Location was fantastic, 1 street behind main ***** all on the flat. Have stayed many times in many places over the years in PDC and paid the same price for better, more comfortable accommodation so although there were good points and I have been really picky listing all the little ******* and problems we found, due to the noise, (our friend near the pool bar had it much worse than we did) and unfavourable comparison to some of the other places we’ve previously stayed, we would not return.

I've stayed a few times over the years and have had a fab holiday everytime. I like a quiet room at night so love staying in the Elena II across the road. The 2 bed apar**ents are so spacious and always spotlessly clean. The beds are comfy. This was the only time I've been and missed not having aircon. 4 days of 30+ temps and no breeze! You can hire fans or some people found a local person with portable aircon units. The bar is reasonably priced and the staff are all friendly. Looking forward to returning next year

First time staying at these apar**ents . They are very close to ***** literally on doorstep central to everything . Very clean and basic . Friendly place you get a lot of regular visitors. Great pool bar showing all live sports and great in the evening too playing music . 2 supermarkets right outside the door and a great kebab shop 😂it’s great place for a budget stay
