We stayed for 5 nights with a 2.6 years old daughter and she love the place( the pool, playground both indoor and outdoor, arcade, daily kids club). Every night entertainment for kids and adult which we enjoyed it too and a relaxing ambience just a short walk and you have the front beach of Puerto del Carmen. A top notch food service especially we include the Half board (free breakfast and dinner) and the food are sumptuous with different variety to choice from. I definitely recommend the place.

What an amazing hotel and service. This was my first trip with family and the location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant, right by the beach and just 5 minutes drive from airport. The hotel was clean throughout and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the stay, swimming facilities etc. We traveled during Chris**as and we were surprised on Chris**as day with gifts in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Lanzarote.

Great location. Great accomodation.
One thing, Trip advisor advertised a room with a view.
The view was the entrance to another block of apar**ents.
They gave me a few tokens for the inconvenience however they should be clear on whether the room has a view or not.

The food was excellent as was the hotel. The only negative was we could not pay with cash or debit card at the bar.

Very good week with two Kids. Staff outstanding, room excellent, swimming Pools mainly for Kids but beach close by. High-quality buffet with incredible logistics but of course self-service. Lovely garden, high maintenance and high quality ressort.

It grows on you. At first you are okay happy - not the best but better than average. As time goes on, it becomes more familiar. The food is good bearing in mind its buffet cuisine.
The central pool is warm and the staff are friendly enough although we were seriously told off for eating purchased meals in the wrong area! There were no signs but she was not happy.
Sun beds are a bit squeezed together but when you’re settled - all is good.
Overall we settled in to the place and became very comfortable. Weather was perfect which did help. I can see why it’s recommended.

7th time staying at this hotel. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond, nothing is to much trouble. Food is fantastic and varied yes the restaurant does get busy but your on holiday so no rush. Rooms slightly dated but spotlessly clean.
