Bartek como empregado mto eficiente,atenciosa e polivalente,muito simpatico e se preocupa com o bem estar e melhor atendimento dos clientes. Aday e Jenny hui me me imprissionaram tb um pouco!Quanto ao hotel muito desiludida! Como pode um hotel 4 estrelas NÃO ter ar condicionado nas areas comuns???

Me and my partner are still here as we speak dates 31st January my birthday. We came 27th Jan for 7 days. This place is by far defiantly a great hotel and the food choice is fabulous. Love the food from breakfast to dinner. Rooms are always spotless and cleaners are absolutely brillant 5 star cleanliness. The pool is a lovely size and very relaxing. The loungers great selection of areas to choose washed down every evening by the staff. All the staff from bar to reception to the waiting staff smiling happy and make you feel welcome. We are all inclusive and defiantly worth the money. My birthday and I returned to my room with hubby only to find a bottom of plonk and happy birthday note and 2 glasses in my room for birthday wishes from the staff. Really great. If you want quiet defiantly go for the standard rooms which are down the side of the hotel nearer the well being centre and terrace so peaceful and quiet. I will be back with my husband defiantly. Really is worth every penny Thanks all staff for your lovely stay. We here till sat 3rd Feb and enjoying the rest of days we have left Thanks again Jodi and Allan

After this hotel was downgraded by Tui we were offered a change of hotel. As we wanted adult only we carried on with booking with great trepidation due to poor reviews. We found our holiday accommodation to be very good. The resort was ultra clean, pool area had plenty of loungers and pool was heated which was a wonderful treat. Our own room was exactly what we asked for. Quiet with large patio on ground floor. It was cleaned daily. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. There was one exception. The restaurant and food which definitely was sub standard and what other people complained about. It was like a holiday of 2 halves though because after 4 days there it was as if a completely new restaurant opened with different staff and better food. When I asked at reception the lovely Sonja told us they had taken on board the criticism and were making improvements. Good for them. The Spa was also very good with some specials and I used it twice for treatment. The resort is really a short walk to beachfront. If they improve restaurant then 4 star it certainly is.

Just arrived home after 7 days in Lanzarote. It was our first trip as a married couple and we will never forget it. When we arrived at the hotel, Alfredo greeted us and gave us a beautiful room above the pool with a bottle of champagne and decoration. The hotel was very clean. Thank you all

Lovely simple, clean relaxing place to stay. All the people that work here are great. Food is obviously self service but good and plentiful…drinks with the all inclusive deal are basic local brands but you can upgrade for 10 euros a day…but we wanted to drink out more because the bar here isn’t really designed to keep you in …it’s a bit bland ( one area where the hotel could be improved). It was adults only so apart from a couple of drunk rough looking women it was quiet . The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from the very nice beach ( watch you don’t get ripped off by the local fat sun bed attendant like we did). The hotel is also a nice 15 minute stroll from the main ***** which is full of bars and restaurants if you fancy a change. Btw, be careful with the Indian restaurant reviews …they seem overrated to us.

Although quite windy most days, the sun was always shining and we had a great time at this hotel. The pool area is lovely, the pool itself is heated. The jacuzzi is absolutely freezing but we needed on hot days for sure! We enjoyed the food, good selection each day. Mariana at the bar is lovely and always smiling. The smoking area is a great idea for smokers like us, and comfy sofas too! Nalan, who seems to be doing all sorts each day, is extremely helpful and cheerful. Her cocktails around the pool are fantastic as is her Paella and sangria tutorial! The location of the hotel is great and we loved walking down to the beach most days early evening along the promenade.

This hotel is set in a quiet area, just across the road from the long beautiful stretch of beach, not far from the airport (around 10 minutes) We loved everything about it, the food is plentiful, the hotel is clean and comfortable. The cleaners came in everyday to clean our room which is lovely. At reception you pay a deposit for use of safe key, pool towels and the plastic cups to be used around the pool area. The bar is right by the pool, here there are snacks & nibbles through out the day. The staff are extremely hard working and friendly. We would like to thank Nalan from customer service for all of her useful information on tours & places to visit & making us feel very welcome upon arriving in reception with a welcome drink! We had a great time here and look forward to coming back in the near future.

We have recently come back from a very nice and relaxing holiday, we enjoyed everything about this hotel. We normally stay at the other end of Puerto del Carmen but this year we decided to try something different and we are very glad we did! Check in was quick and easy, the ladies are very friendly. Nalan was there to greet us with a drink of our choice and even showed us to our room! She is such a funny character, very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean and had all amenities you would need, the food was good, lots of choice and the pool area is blissful. There seemed to be some work going on in and around the hotel, but this did not disturb the peace in any way at all The entertainment in the evening time is not the best and starts quite late (around 9.30) But other than that we had a splendid time

We recently stayed at playa Pocillos hotel and had a very nice time indeed. There were a few little things that needed fixing in our room but they were sorted out that same day, thanks to Nalan, who is on site each day to help you in any way she can. She does BBQs in the afternoons, or tapas and makes a variety of cocktails. The entertainment could be better, but we were happy by the pool during the day, or in the evenings after dinner, taking a stroll down the beach front which is only a few minutes down the road. The airport is closed by too, around 10mins in a taxi. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Thank you to everyone at playa Pocillos, we would look forward to coming back soon and would highly recommend this hotel for sure to anyone visiting the island
