위치는 해변 바로 앞이라 너무 좋았어요! 호텔 문 앞에 나오면 바로 바다고, 숙소에서도 파도 소리가 들릴정도로 가까워서 좋아요!! 다만, 주차공간이 없고 건물이 좀 낡았어요. 노인분들이 많이 오시는것 같아요.

Excelente opção, apenas em falta a opção estacionamento! Staff mto simpático, quarto espaçoso, colchão mto bom e almofadas tb! Serviço de pequeno almoço super completo! Mas a vista da zona de pequeno almoço para o Mar e ver o nascer do Sol é algo brutal! Tem uma piscina em frente ao hotel que não sei se pertence ao mesmo ou não… mas é algo espetacular!

Hotel bem localizado com muitas plantas,mas a precisar de remodelação a nível casa banho portas corredor funcionários da recepção distraídos quase perdiamos transfer para aeroporto pois não tiveram cuidado para verificar o nosso nome quando senhor do transfer se dirigiu a perguntar não sabiam. Estivemos 7 dias e concluimos que os funcionários sorriem mas não estão atentos aos clientes. No restaurante o pessoal trabalha muito e estão com ar cansado deveriam tentar fazer naquele espaço uma melhor divisão de tarefas para o turista não sentir o cansaço dos funcionários. Comida boa, limpeza boa ,animação no hotel razoável. O melhor de tudo é a localização deste hotel que é fabulosa

Hotel bem localizado, com um serviço de atendimento e staff muito simpático e sempre muito prestáveis. Estadia de uma semana em TI, tendo a destacar: Pequeno Almoço: Bom Almoço mediano, apesar de ser mais calmo que as outras refeições devido a haver menos afluência de pessoas. Jantar: Muito bom, mesmo com muito gente a jantar não se verificavam atrasos tanto na comida como no serviço de bebidas à mesa. Muita variedade de pratos de peixe e carne, entradas variadíssimas e sempre novas. Atendendo aos preços praticados relativamente às bebidas (normais para um 4 estrelas) o serviço TI torna-se justo por ter acesso a praticamente todo o tipo de bebidas, nacionais, alguma internacionais e sempre bebidas originais de marca (e não como por vezes bebidas similares como servem em alguns hotéis). No caso de voltar ao mesmo local seria de certeza um hotel a considerar para uma nova estadia.

Muito bem localizado. Pessoal muito atencioso. Espetáculos noturnos muito bons. Buffet muito bom. Receber os hóspedes com uma taça de champanhe foi sem dúvida um bom começo e o mote para uns dias muito bem passados. Gostaríamos ainda de destacar a grande promenade em frente ao hotel.

April 2024. "This is the second time both of us have been here on holiday. It hasn't changed much, although there are some new staff members and some who recognized us from our last trip, a year and a half later. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We chose to go Privilege again, as it's a nice feeling to be able to sit back and relax. The weather is beautiful, although we did experience rain one day. Even the manager apologized for the rain. One additional thing we noticed by the pool was a disabled chair lift, which is great for keeping up with the times. We would also like to mention Vincente, a staff member who was always attentive to our needs. He was just as helpful as the last time we met him. It's a great place to stay and chill, and to switch off from work and all the things that bring you down. We both plan to come back, but we might try H10 Ocean in Jamaica first." Thank You to All the staff that made our holiday special. Also, we are still here for two more days.

Whilst the hotel is very clean and our sea facing room was mostly fine (mattresses were very hard and we asked for softer ones as I had back surgery and the mattress caused pain. They put a topper on each bed which helped very little.), you have to pay to use the safe and there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room so it was just as well we took a travel kettle. The rooms would benefit from an information folder advising how the hotel worked and what services were available as we had to ask the brusk reception staff about certain things. For instance, my sister went to get ice cream from the pool bar (they said it was on the all inclusive plan) but she wasn’t allowed to take them as reception had put ‘credits’ on our room - very embarrassing in front of fellow guests!! The reception staff (all except one lady) made us feel like an inconvenience! The food….at best it was lukewarm and some offerings were virtually cold (I don’t know if you’ve tried cold watery brussel sprouts?). We had to eat more bread to fill us. When we checked out we were asked by a male member of staff if we’d experienced tummy trouble during our stay - make of that what you will!! This short break was expensive given we were actually only there for 5 nights and we certainly wish we’d chosen elsewhere.

I was a little uneasy after reading all of the complaints on here before I travelled. However, don't listen to a single word. I have stayed in many hotels and this one is up there with some of the best. The location is one of the best I've stayed in..right on the bay, amazing views of the surfers, and on the main promenade. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a medical incident during our stay, and the staff went over and above. Yes the restaurant does get busy during popular times but the variety of food for every diet is amazing. We stayed half board and absolutely loved the variety for breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily and the whole hotel is spotless. All in all a brilliant stay, and yes I will certainly be back!!
