Chambre 4ème étage, vu sur le teide, un peut bruyant ce côté, hôtel mal isolé, double chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner énormément de choix , pour le dîner satisfaisant, les employés sont très sympathiques.

I went to this hotel in March with me and my boys. The worst experience I’ve ever this hotel is up on top of a cliff you don’t get any sun. The only thing you get is clouds and rain very bad atmosphere. Definitely not the place for kids or yourself unless you want to come here to do some hiking except from that I definitely would not visit again so bad I had to go hire a car Food was the only good thing about it and the staff please do not come to this hotel. It is nothing but a waste of money.

We visited with friends who have stayed before, they recommended Red Level to us, which is five star treatment with lots of added benefits, it's fairly costly to upgrade to but we thought it worth it. Great staff and service, wonderful food, fantastic pools.

We spent 6 lovely days at the Hotel Las Aguilas Tenerife. The hotel is clean and comfortable. All the staff here are very friendly and speak several languages. We stayed in a suite which was comfortable and clean. We went all inclusive and the variety of foods available at meal times was wide, catering for all needs and preferences. There is a free bus which takes you down into Puerto de la Cruz and back if you want to walk along the beautiful harbour and coast, or see the town. There is evening entertainment every night in a comfortable bar. There is a separate pool area for those over 14 if you prefer a more peaceful time by the pool. The main pool is very clean and lifeguarded the whole time it is open. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderfully quiet and relaxing stay with the family. We chose the 2 bedroom suite on 5th floor with sea views. So spacious - had everything we needed. The kitchen area wasn't required as the food in the buffet restaurant was always stocked! Two pools were perfect for a refreshing (slightly chilly) dip. The snack bar/Italian Bistro had drinks and quick snacks all day. Tge free shuttle bus down to Puerto da la Cruz was handy and the town was worth a quick wander. Hotel looks extremely grand and was perfect for our short stay. Just searching for our return trip...

Very friendly team in the Italian restaurant Alberto, Rayeo and Domingo made Valentines night really fun. We had a lovely relaxed family meal. Food was really good. We all enjoyed the food. I noticed they separated the family tables and the couple tables which was very considerate to the couples.

The rooms are suites so very spacious, if a little tired. Kitchen area with full fridge which is very handy. Large balconies with great views as this hotel is situated on top of a hill. Food was a good average for a 4* hotel and staff were excellent. My only criticism is that much of their time is spent seeing to guests on ‘Premium’ tables, causing a definite ‘us and them’ feeling! The bar area was mostly empty even though the hotel was full, this put us of using it especially as the kids entertainment went on until 9.30, therefore not encouraging adults in. The hotel is obviously a way out from the centre, about a 45 minute walk downhill. We did not have a problem with this but many might, although there is a courtesy bus during the week. We would like to return to this hotel for an extended period as the living space has all you need but would need to be reassured that we could get a table away from the buffet in the room with a lovely view! The pillows were dire, if we had been staying longer I would have had to purchase pillows from a shop!

Just returned from an amazing holiday at Las Aguilas Tenerife, fantastic location with amazing views of Mount Teide and Puerto de la Cruz. Hotel and grounds kept exceptionally clean, Food was of a very good standard and the staff were very happy and and hard working particularly Jose in the restaurant 👍🏻 we stayed half board and the drink prices were very reasonable 2 euros 80 for a glass of red wine. The added bonus was a lovely heated pool and the courtesy bus that dropped you down to the seafront several times a day.
