Royal Marina Suites Boutique Hotel

This hotel was perfect from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the staff take a lot of pride in their work. Our room was huge with everything we needed. Showering, while looking through the porthole then outside to the sea is breathtaking . Having sunbeds on the balcony is a must for us and these did not disappoint as they were really comfortable. Breakfast was beautifully fresh everyday with a varied choice which is brought out fresh to you. A 5 minute walk brings you to the marina where we ate most nights. Will definitely return.

Amazing. Have to start with the staff, Marie, Francesco, Gary, Leidy, the smiley waving chefs, the young guy in reception and our cleaner..I appreciate they got my sense of humour. The place is absolutely spotless, you can spend the day in your room as the sunbeds are comfortable there is everything you need. Breakfast and lunch are tasty and well served. Very comfortable night’s sleep it’s really quiet. Reluctant to praise it too much in case it becomes too popular for me to book again.

Second time at this wonderful hotel and won't be the last. Such a lovely hotel, rooms are so well designed and very spacious. Staff are very polite, friendly and very helpful. Well worth a visit and so well situated too, great resort. Just loved it.

We have just returned from our fourth stay in 9 months at this gem of a hotel. The Royal Marina Suites is a beautiful hotel and the attention to detail is superb. The staff are always so welcoming and a big thank you especially to the restaurant team of Gary, Mari and Francisco who kept us fed and caffeinated each morning! The hotel is small (26 rooms) but that suits us very well. The suites are immaculate and I love the waterfall showers and the huge balcony with loungers as well as a table and chairs. The pool deck is reset every day so you come down to perfectly aligned sun beds (it’s very soothing to watch the team scrub it down and make it perfect!). The loungers are very comfortable and plentiful, there’s no need to ever reserve one, even when the hotel is full. The hotel offers a lunch service for those who don’t want to venture out, and the pool bar serves a fabulous cocktail of the day! It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the Marina for bars and restaurants in the evening. It’s a very chilled vibe in Puerto Calero, and that’s reflected in the RMS, which suits us perfectly!

Recent return stay to Royal Marina suites. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel as a place to relax unwind and enjoy the serene tranquility this 5 star hotel offers. The staff are friendly attentive and helpful at all times. Breakfasts are a lovely start to the day, a good selection of both fresh and cooked produce. The pool area is immaculately clean and beds are quiet relaxing and comfortable. The pool bar open through the day is great for those much needed refreshments. On an evening, it's a 5 minute stroll into Puerto Calero where there arr a good selection of bars/restaurants. Rooms are amazing,spacious, and clean with all you need. The room balcony also has two sunbeds and table/chairs which were great to sit out anytime in the day and soak in the sea views with a beverage from either the mini bar or coffer machine in your room. Thank you Royal Marina suites for a great stay...we will be back.

Lanzarote's best kept secret. What a find! Private, peaceful and spotless, this boutique hotel is perfect for all of this and more. The rooms are spacious, the bed is huge and very comfortable. The bathroom has the most amazing rainfall shower, but if it's a bath you're after there's that too. A perfectly private balcony with a sea view overlooking the pool area has a table, parasol, two chairs and a couple of sunloungers. Plenty of sunloungers at the pool side too (no annoying towel reservations going on here). All in all RMS gave us what we wanted and more. Total relaxation in luxurious comfort, a great breakfast, bar and afternoon snacks and a large selection of bars and restaurants just a leisurely 10 mins walk away in the harbour for evening meal and drinks. This isn't for you if you prefer it to be lively and noisy into the small hours, but we will certainly come again.

We have never been to a hotel more than once until we came here. Beautiful small hotel. The rooms are very well planned. Huge in size, with a big balcony with sun beds. The bathroom is equally large. Very happy with the choice at breakfast. A small menu and drinks available during the day. This time we hired a car and saw a lot of Lanzarote. We were also given some excellent advice re restaurants to go to by reception. I can recommend this. It’s the perfect relaxation holiday.

Second visit to this wonderful hotel, Staff are fantastic, rooms are lovely, breakfast is plentiful and the whole place is immaculate. Plenty of sun loungers around a fabulous infinity pool.Only a short walk to marina, where there are numerous bars and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel about 20 minutes from the airport. Nice reception, very friendly greeting. Room wasn't quite ready (were landed early), but taken down to the pool area where we had a couple of beers (very welcomed) whilst we waited. Adults only and only only a small number of rooms. Pool has the most comfortable sunbeds I have ever sat on - real leather and they are huge. Each room is provided with two on their balcony and terrace, so there is never a shortage of beds available at the pool. Breakfast is both buffet and a small cook-to-order menu. The quality of both was amazing. Lunch - there is a small menu and a pool bar. Again, really great quality food and ingredients. Very much an 'older' clientele, I am sure the young couple (in their 20's) who were staying when we were there must have wondered what they had booked. A short 10 minute walk to the marina where there is a large selection of good quality restaurants (hotel does not do evening meals). A lot of steps down to the Marina, so be aware if you are not too fit. Rooms are beautifully put together, with views of the Marina. The bathrooms have the most massive walk-in shower (but it did splash a bit). Will definitely be going back, the hotel fits our needs exactly.
