Hotel Deja Vu

All our interactions with the staff were pleasent however this hotel has some issues it needs to address. The hot water faucet in the shower is set so that even a turn of 1/2 inch can make it go from cold to scalding with nothing in between. It is not safe for children or the elderly. The fridge hadn't been cleaned and smelled very bad. There is no way we would have actually put food in it. The heating and air conditioning unit was not calibrated properly so the settings we put it on were not the ones it ran at. There was also a weird whining sound. There is little sound proofing so we could clearly hear the people in the room above us. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent.

This Hotel is not as expected. It really needs an upgrade. The general maintenance is bad. The staff are not service minded, seems lazy and as if they do not care. The pool is not kept clean during the day, we had to clean it our selves. It is not possible to order food during the day, there is only breakfast. If you want drinks/coktails ore anything during the day, you have to walk into town.

I stayed at this hotel twice on the same trip, but in different rooms, which made a huge difference. Room 3 was tiny, especially the bathroom, and the AC didn’t work and the furnishings were weathered. Room 1 was large, updated and had working AC. Neither room had any view. And there’s a fair bit of noise in the hallways. And the location is a few blocks off the main street (though it’s a small town and nothing is more than a few blocks away). The common areas were cozy and there is a pool, a basketball court and an included breakfast (not a buffet, but multi-course and served quickly). The staff was also nice.

The hotel was booked for me as part of a package but this is by far the worst hotel on this trip. The room is stuck in the 70s (sorry guys, new tiles in the bathroom modern standard). Constant noise all night from other rooms' AC units, towels are as rough as sandpaper, hot water in shower is very hard to get right, one curtain has been hung back to front, only one hanger in the wardrobe, room hasn't been cleaned properly and bad WiFi in rooms. Staff at front desk are nice and tried to find another room but the only one available was even closer to the AC units. Desperately trying to find out if travel agent can find another hotel as this one is well below standard.

Andreas hospitality is unparalleled from check in till check out the service was immaculate . This hotel is a gem close to everything and quiet at night. The amenities are nice the pool area is quite refreshing. Also the breakfasts were delicious! Thanks de Java for proving me with memories I will cherish for a lifetime.

Si trova un po' defilato dal centro e questo forse è positivo , con 5- 10 minuti a piedi si arriva dappertutto. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera nell'edificio dirimpetto alla hall e anche questo forse è positivo , anche se le stanze , pur spaziose , non hanno chissà quale arredo particolare. Comunque il posto è silenzioso , ha una piccola piscina con asciugamani offerti dall' hotel e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile , ci hanno anche prestato l'attrezzatura da snorkeling per una giornata in spiaggia. La colazione non è a buffet e non è molto ricca , soprattutto se si preferisce il dolce al salato , però si adoperano per cercare di soddisfare quello che chiedi. Unico neo in camera , il miscelatore della doccia , si perde più tempo a trovare una soluzione di temperatura che non a lavarsi. E la soluzione state tranquilli che è introvabile , un vero esercizio di abilità . 1000 euro a chi riesce l'acqua tiepida!
