Spacious room. Great shower with Solar panel heated water. Doug was very helpful. Simple breakfast. We liked our stay.

The place was absolutely immaculate. Great rooms, great staff, great breakfast and the perfect location. Cannot fault it in any way. It has a wonderful balcony and hammock which was just bliss. Would very highly recommend great value for money.

We loved our two stays at Galapagos Suites. Breakfast was freshly made for us each morning, and Joseline and Douglas were able to arrange any activities or transfers for us, including to and from the airport. (Transfers in the Galapagos are a major piece of the puzzle, so a good hotel/organizer makes everything easier). Location was great - walkable and quiet. I appreciated Douglas's communication to track our arrivals & departures successfully. (Also: Joseline's home-made brownies are A+)

the bed is most comfortable- they set up a triple room and we all three had comfy place to sleep, drinking water, hammock, wonderful breakfast with good coffee. staff very helpful for all our needs- beach towel, taxi, directions, restaurant recommendations -very gracious and friendly. would stay again.

From the moment I arrived, Joseline and her staff took care of me. The location was 3 or 4 blocks from the main *****, which made it quieter. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are large and had a big balcony. I want to level set for people. If you are expecting 5 star glammer, this is island life in a simple way done extremely well.The bathroom was large with great water pressure. The room was impeccably clean. Breakfast was good. No matter what stupid question I had, Joseline answered. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful time here. The staff is so friendly and breakfast every morning. My room was very clean. If you are visit the galapagos, this is the place to stay!

My husband and I spent two weeks on the islands in April, and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. Our room was spotlessly clean and uncluttered, the air conditioner worked beautifully, and the shower was the best we had on our trip. The bed was comfortable, and the bed linens were crisp and high quality. Towels were plentiful, and Joseline even provides wash cloths -- much appreciated by American travelers! Joseline was a delight -- her English is excellent, and she clearly loves what she does. Her breakfasts included a freshly baked loaf cake each morning, and she was the only host we had who didn't vulcanize the scrambled eggs! The hotel is just 2 or 3 short blocks from Avenue Charles Darwin, where most restaurants and shopping are located. I recommend Joseline's beautiful and comfortable hotel without reservation -- you will not be disappointed.

Hotel Galapagos Suites is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz. The location is great, just five minutes walk from the town center. We had a large, comfortable room on the third floor with a terrace. The bed was very large and cozy, the room was impeccably cleaned, the A/C was strong, the shower was excellent and the bathroom amenities were generous and smelled delicious. But most importantly, the owner Jocelyn is so warm and kind. She provided us with a lovely breakfast, great advice and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend a stay here. Jocelyn recommended we walk to Tortuga Bay beach and it was really worth it, very beautiful !

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms and spotlessly clean. The staff went out of their way to help. Breakfasts really good. We would stay again. Really good A/C! Close to the action but a couple of blocks from the harbour. Everywhere easy to walk to. All communication between the hotel and myself was fast and very helpful.
