That’s fine if you’re dining but grim if you fancy a peaceful evening in your room. Add to that the smelly bathroom and non-functioning safe and failure to service the room until 4 pm and this is not a hotel we can recommend. Anything good to say? Yes - the breakfast was fine."

Cons: A minha sala estava perto de um bar de terraço e há outro bar de terraço no TOPO, então se você planejar ficar EM um espaço tranquilo para relaxar, talvez não seja o Lugar certo. Infelizmente, não havia água quente toda a manhã no dia em que eu estava saindo, então tive de esperar até depois do check-out, quando eles tinham fixado, mas depois senti um pouco depressa para sair. Embora o pessoal fosse muito útil, eles me mantiveram atualizado e tentaram o melhor de todos eles numa situação complicada que estava fora das mãos."

"Everything was great with the room, but be aware that since it's an interior room, there's only one window that lets in a little sunlight. If that's a problem for you, it's best to book an exterior room. It wasn't an issue for me since I was out all day, and it was already dark when I returned. The location is excellent, just steps from the convention center. I only have a couple of observations: - Regarding the housekeeping service: the first day I left the "do not disturb" bow tie so they wouldn't come to clean while I went to breakfast, as I was going back to get ready before going out. I left the bow tie so they could come in; however, they didn't return it to the room. Also, the second day when they changed the towels, they didn't leave me a hand towel, only bath towels. - It took a long time to be served at breakfast on Saturday. I don't know if it was because it was a complimentary breakfast from the hotel or because they had two meetings and few guests, but it was quite annoying."

"I made a reservation with a pet, mentions contacting the hotel for the cost, I contacted them and they mentioned a cost of 480 per pet's stay and upon arrival they charged 350 per night, they did not respect the information provided by phone, the young lady who attended was at night on Thursday and mentioned that the policies are different in the application than in the hotel and that it was the only way they would accept the pet, in the restaurant, good service from the staff, specifically Mr. Marcelino who is the afternoon shift, provided guidance and access to your treatment, it is a pity that the portions are very small for the cost, and they have very good seasoning, the pet could only walk in the room and green area, being a pet-friendly hotel, they did not allow it in all its facilities, the gym only has dumbbells, a treadmill, and a stationary bike, a very good place to stay but it definitely has to improve its policies, the treatment of its reception staff, and fully implement pet-friendly."
