Baglio Custera

This property is located in a very quiet area with not much to see in the immediate vicinity so you need a car if you want to visit the surrounding area. The hotel itself is small and lovely. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool area is a great place to just chill out. It is nice to wake up and see the olive trees outside. The onsite restaurant has a delicious breakfast and tasty dinner options. The staff was definitely the highlight for us. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to stay at the Baglio Custera again. Many thanks to Ettore, his brother Eugenio (may not have gotten this name correct) and their Dad Giuseppe for making our stay a memorable one in only good ways. And we cannot forget Brigitte who is an excellent baker and made sure all our needs were met at breakfast. The rest of the staff, from the restaurant servers to the cleaning staff were all so friendly and made us feel at home. Thank You to all for a lovely stay at your lovely hotel.

Stayed here during an art workshop/retreat. What a delightful place. Really nice vibe to the hotel... airy, elegant and bright. Rooms are not extremely fancy but they're nice and big and kept really clean and up-to-date. Very lovely pool area. The owners are totally delightful and eager to help make your stay great. Be aware that if you only speak English, many on the staff do not, though Google Translate and a smile can compensate well enough. The food is extremely good. Buffet breakfast daily, pastries are all made in-house, coffee is lovely (though I wish it were available before 8am! Or that there were a Nespresso available in the room). Dinner menu uses local ingredients and features typical Sicilian dishes, all of them terrific. The olive oil comes from their own trees on the property. You may be happier if you're able to rent a car while you're here, it'll give you more flexibility. Hotel is very near some lovely bars where you can watch the sun set over the salt flats/Tyrrhenian Sea, and you can also get easily to Marsala, Trapani, Erice (30-40m), and Selinunte (about an hour's drive). All in all, I had a great stay and will return. Thanks for helping to make my first visit to Sicily so memorable!

Fantastic hotel it was a very enjoyable stsy, the staff were fantastic, good excellent, rooms luxurious and very clean. We were surprised it was 3 star it should be 4 star. We are definitely going back.

We made a late last minute reservation there because our flight was diverted from Catania to Trapani. We were exhausted and my daughter had a migraine. Even though we arrived late, the staff was there ready to check us in and get us to our room ASAP. In the morning breakfast was wonderful and they let us hang out on the property until I was all set with a rental car.

From the excellect communication pre trip, arrival instructions and the welcome we knew we were in for a special experience at this agritourismo near Marsala. We discovered a practically new hotel, modern high level italian design, top quality bathrooms and furnishing. The people here are a family and a few excellent staff and all have your comfort and great experience at the centre. The owner is often around making the coffees at breakfast (also excellent). The restaurant centres around local fish and must be included in the stay here. As well as a full meal there are snacks and aperitifs available, and no big markup on the drinks either. On our last day our flight home was not until 18:00 but we were welcome to stay at the pool and had use of the guest showers at the pool as well. Even a small snack at lunchtime even though the kitchen was actually closed at the time. All in all, excellent stay. Not the cheapest but honestly it's worth it.

My daughter stayed here and recommended that I stay here one of the best recommendations she ever made great environment perfect for just relaxing would definitely come back here again in and the restaurant on the premises for dinner it’s amazing The staff is wonderful

Wow. Everything was perfect. Staff was wonderful. Hotel and rooms are very clean, nice and design. Restaurant was amongst the best we had in Sicily. Highly recommended !

Great hotel! The infrastructure is clean, the rooms are great. The pool is very nice. The restaurant is quite good and the breakfast offers all you need. Great place if you want to reload your batteries.
