I Turchesi Club Village

The resort is barely a 3 star , rooms are poorly kept, dusty and smell musty. The windows cannot be opened because of the cobwebs and spiders nesting in the blinds . The pool is reasonably nice however in some areas the chairs are broken and the property has a generally unkempt feel. The “ festa pugliese ” is a ridiculous experience where people are asked to stay in line to get mediocre fast food fare while They are forced to listen to a radio speaker who speaks incessantly annd annoyingly into a microphone to stay above the loud completely unnecessary background music. The food was finished after about a third of the hotel guests had the opportunity to eat after queueing for a long time amongst the general indifference of the personnel which seems annoyed to be here . Overall a ridiculously amateurish enterprise . The area around the hotel is shabby and derelict and the beach is very mediocre. The restaurant is fairly good but if you have the “Mezza pensione”‘ option you are forced to participate in the “ festa pugliese” which ruins everything ( and it is not worth a fraction of the price paid for a dinner ) . One of the worst places we have stayed at in Italy or anywhere else .

The apartment was below standard for cleanliness and state of repair. There was mould visible over the bed, the window had one curtain where it should have had two and each time I pulled it the rail fell down. The toilet roll holder fell off the wall every time it was used. The hob was cracked and had glass missing. The shower had black mould visible from where it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The facility offers lots of entertainment that the Italian families really enjoyed. We couldn’t partake because of the language barrier. The shuttle to the beach and the provision of beds and umbrellas free of charge is an excellent option. Definitely not what I would have considered 4 star accommodation. Staff was lovely on all interactions and seemed to work hard to entertain guests.

This is my second visit to I Turchesi and it didn't disappoint. The resort is lovely, fantastic pool, brilliant well stocked shop and not too expensive. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment. With air con, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, lovely garden and patio area. Midweek the resort was fairly quiet, but it filled up at the weekend, so there was a party atmosphere. It could get quite loud, but all good fun. The shuttle bus to the beach was an excellent service. the beach was beautiful. Shallow, clear, warm water and a clean beach. I turchesi has a section of the beach with umbrellas, sunbeds, toilets and is close to a cafe that sells cold drinks, coffee, snacks, sandwiches and lovely Italian ice cream. The Staff at the resort were fantastic. The reception was excellent. They couldn't do enough for you. On hand to help and answer any questions. They all spoke very good English. All the team at I Turchesi are a fine example of what good customer service looks like. . . Thank you I Turchesi. I will be back next year for 2 weeks next time x

Een beetje vergane glorie, maar het ontzettend vriendelijk personeel maakt alles goed. Het onthaal aan de receptie( in trouwens perfect engels), de animatoren, de tuinmannen , mensen van de huishoudelijke dienst , de supermarkt, en niet te vergeten de buschauffeurs waren allemaal even opgewekt en zeer vriendelijk. De enige die in dit rijtje niet thuishoorde was de barman van het lunchcafé. Wij hadden een gelijkvloersappartement, met een zalig terras, een keuken met wel heel erg weinig huisraad, maar zeer ruime kamers, 2 keer per week propere handdoeken, een lakenwissel en een poetsbeurt om de week. Gratis shuttle naar ‘t strand en 2 ligbedden met parasol op de koop toe. Heerlijke vakantie hebben we gehad, ze zien ons hier zeker terug ! ☀️🇮🇹🏖

Ho trascorso una settimana davvero piacevole ai turchesi con mia moglie, mia figlia e i miei suoceri, approfittando del bel tempo di questa prima metà di giugno, della tranquillità e delle tariffe convenienti, tipiche di questo periodo di ancora bassa stagione. Appartamento comodo, spazioso, fresco. Il servizio navetta che collega il villaggio con la spiaggia e’ molto efficiente, gli autisti molto gentili e lo stabilimento convenzionato è davvero curato. La piscina è semplicemente fantastica, immensa, adatta ai bambini di ogni età. Personale molto gentile e competente. Una menzione speciale per Marco, responsabile della ristorazione, sempre presente e impeccabile. Siamo stati coccolati tutte le sere al ristorante, dove avevamo la mezza pensione. Solo un appunto rispetto proprio alla mezza pensione. In fase di prenotazione ho guardato il menu del ristorante della struttura, Rosmarino, e ho letto dei piatti molto invitanti, questo mi ha convinto ad aggiungere la cena per tutti i 7 giorni, pagando un sovrapprezzo importante ma ragionevole. Ma già dalla prima sera mi rendo conto che per noi “abbonati”, il menù è ridotto a due sole scelte, una di mare e una di terra, e in ogni caso si tratta di piatti, seppur discreti, evidentemente di livello inferiore rispetto a quelli che vediamo portare agli altri tavoli, eccezion fatta per la pizza, che abbiamo assaggiato in più di un’occasione, che è sempre squisita. L’idea che ci siamo fatti è che per i clienti che acquistano la mezza pensione ci siano dei piatti “dedicati”, invece le prelibatezze del menu sono riservate a chi paga a là carte. Avrei gradito che questa cosa fosse stata chiarita in fase di prenotazione. In ogni caso abbiamo mangiato bene, abbondante e complessivamente abbiamo trascorso una settimana da ripetere, coccolati dal sole e del mare. Sicuramente una cosa è certa: ai turchesi si sta bene.

Primo anno, uso un solo termine di valutazione: dopo il sorriso e la gioia dei miei bimbi, mi sento soddisfatta per aver scelto questo villaggio .. il loro sorriso è la migliore ricompensa! Ringrazio per le attenzioni alle esigenze "speciali", consigliato! ❤️ Bello anche il confrontarsi e divertirsi con le altre famiglie .. mio figlio di tre anni cantava e canta in continuazione la sigla "ai turchesi si sta bene"!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Camere pulite, sistemate e climatizzate, piscina comodissima per i bambini e i genitori,animazione eccezionale per niente invadenti, tutto lo staff educato, cortese, simpatico......tutto meraviglioso!!!!! Andateci senza pensarci due volte!!!!!

Come tradizione, a fine giugno, ci si reca a ‘I Turchesi Club Village’! Che dire di questo posto…. La location è splendida, la piscina enorme, circondata dalla natura e con degli appartamenti che non si sprecano in quanto a comfort, spazi, ed ancora natura che ti circonda! Lo staff è sempre cordiale e pronto a sopperire a qualsiasi richiesta che gli si presenti (una doverosa menzione onorevole va a Scelza (spero non vada la ‘i’ nel nome) che è sempre presente e gentile. Il ristorante ‘Rosmarino’ oltre ad essere dotato una ottima posizione (vista molto bella sulla piscina) prepara anche ottimi piatti (ho mangiato una pizza super: la matinese! Al bar invece grazie soprattutto a Giuseppe ho assaggiato un ottimo Gin tonic (vero specialista)… Lo staff Much More sempre pronto ad allietare le giornate è presente ma mai invadente, i ragazzi sono davvero simpatici! Concludendo, è davvero il posto ideale dove dimenticare per un po’ lo stress e rilassarsi.

Sono oramai 13 anni che faccio vacanze in questo villaggio in questo periodo. Posto bello, piscina fantastica, servizi buoni , spiaggia meravigliosa x chi come me è abituata agli scogli . Vorrei però porre l’attenzione su alcuni punti negativi . La struttura accetta animali di piccola taglia , tutto ok , ma consigliere di effettuare controlli visto che lungo i viali ho trovato escrementi di cani non raccolti dai soliti incivili, addirittura una bustina con escrementi è rimasta appesa sulla siepe di confine di un’appartamento per tutto il tempo che ho soggiornato , una settimana. Altra nota dolente la pulizia delle docce, piene di muffe nere su fughe mattonelle , ho vaporizzato prodotto con candeggina è il giorno dopo sono venute via, consiglierei più attenzione a questi dettagli prima di consegnare gli appartamenti. Il mio non è stato un caso isolato visto che la stessa situazione era presente in altri appartamenti, eravamo un gruppo . Anche gli accessori che sarebbero dovuti essere presenti mancavano , ci fate firmare un foglio con quello che è presente nell’appartamento ma xche’ prima di consegnarlo non verificate che ci siano ? Ultima cosa, perché non rimettete in funzione il banco salumeria? A noi Italiani gli affettati sottovuoto non piacciono 😜. È stata una bella settimana, fantastica L’istruttrice di fitness, ci vediamo a settembre.
