Thank you to Pantalica Ranch for a wonderful 6 night stay. This is a perfect location for families with children who are able to play freely in the beautiful gardens, small swings and with the many animals. The staff are so warm and caring, Jessica, Laura, Andrea and other staff who are very knowledgeable about the local area and are very accommodating. The food is excellent with many different dishes to try, some from their gardens and Tina the chef is amazing! Seafood, pasta and the semifreddo are particularly delicious! There’s many local specialty dishes that can be prepared on request. The main thing is the quiet surroundings which make for a very relaxing holiday. The rooms are rustic and simple but very clean. The pool is large and has great views for sunsets. Thank you again.

We have booked the Pantalica Ranch for 1 night initially, but extended to 2 as we liked the environment and the people working there. Right by arrival we ordered a few drinks outside breakfast/lunch/dinner times and they came along with the most delicious bruschettas kindly organised by Laura. Laura and Jessica were both extremely welcoming and kind, and the chef in the kitchen made the most delicious meals (sorry, that we did not ask for your name and we therefore did not mention it here). We are very thankful for our experience and will be back for sure.

Had 3 good days here, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, freshly prepared. Good choice in the evening. Vegetarians well catered for. We found the portions satisfying. The place is very remote and peaceful. Too cold to use the outdoor spaces but I imagine in the warmer months it would be lovely. One major downside for us was that there was no horse riding available. Had read some reviews saying how amazing the riding was but it is now not available for adults. From here we did the Etna experience, Syracuse and Ortigia, and the Valle dell Anapo. All well worth the drive.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone,the food was of very poor quality for what you pay, 35.00euros a head, an absolute rip off,please don't fall in the same trap people!!!the starters was potatoes with tiny pieces of dried tomatoes and cheese,a tiny panella with the tiniest piece of mortadella I've ever seen,the tiniest piece of aubergine!,followed by pasta al forno,overcooked and swimming in oil!followed by un involtino di lonza,non manzo come scritto nel menu!!!more potatoes, and finally the biggest joke was the 'tiramisu' one savoiardi broken into 2 with cream on the top!!! Shameful!!!

It was a memorable experience for me and my family at Pantalica Ranch, excellent food and impeccable service from all the staff at the ranch. Could not have spent a better relaxing holiday surrounded by nature in a peaceful environment. Personally as I am a daily morning walker being there was out of this world, no cars just nature, peacefulness and lots of fresh air. A place to too. Already planning a visit for April.

A beautiful place to spend a few days, immersed in nature, yet just a short drive from many interesting sites and from Syracuse. The staff are welcoming and professional. Food was really good. Accomodation is clean and spacious, in individual chalets. We unfortunately had cool weather and rain, so we didn't manage to make the most of the beautiful pool or the horse-ride we had planned, but we did manage a wonderful hike up the river gorge to the ancient Necropolis. Stunning scenery. Would love to return in warmer weather

I highly recommend you to stay here. The place is very friendly gluten free, the staff were amazing. There is a river close by-highly recommend. The chef is excellent. We enjoyed the pool, sitting on the porch watching the sunset. Recommend to take a cooking class with the chef.

Excellent remote location in the heart of nature. Staff is very welcoming and friendly special thanks to Jessica, Laura and Andrea for making our stay perfect. Food is very good, genuine and tasty 👍 environment is perfect for nature lovers. Our 5 year old enjoyed it so much. Had internet problems in our room and staff was very efficient to solve it.

Tranquilitad, relax , empatía, aquí te cuidan y se preocupan de ti. Lugar idóneo para poder desconectar del estrés y el bullicio de muchas zonas turísticas masificadas. El trato del personal de Pantalica es de 10, se preocupan de ti, te preguntan que necesitas, si no lo tienen lo buscan, y todo eso sin agobiar, ellos están allí cuando los necesitas.
