O hotel é simples, mas confortável. Quarto com tamanho bom, varanda… O café da manhã era diversificado, mas nada excepcional. Localização boa para quem está de carro, localizado na rua principal, mas não fica localizado no centrinho da cidade. Cobram por estacionamento “dentro”, mas optamos por não pagar e junto com diversos outros hóspedes deixávamos nosso carro no estacionamento do lado de fora e não tivemos problema com isso. O hotel contém uma boa estrutura, com uma piscina espetacular com um bar que a atende. Grande ponto negativo: horário do checkout (10h). Achamos muito cedo, difícil de conciliar a saída do quarto com um café da manhã que é servido até esse horário. Não achamos um hotel espetacular, mas atendeu ao seu propósito.

Stayed at this hotel for 5days. It’s in a great location and hotel is very modern. Staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. Hotel were also very helpful with all our needs! I would definitely recommend staying here. P.s I requested a iron when I arrived and my needs were attended to without hesitation from staff! Thank you! All staff were amazing especially Natalia and Sofia!

It’s a good place to stay only if you have a car.
There is a bus stop near by (bus line 514) however you need to walk through the main busy road which seems unsafe. You can use hotel shuttle for a surcharge.
Really good breakfast.
Super friendly and helpful staff.
Very nice, clean swimming pool with a view.

GRAZIE to the reception team! Laura and Sophia we couldnt say goodbye but we will sure see you again. Thanks to the whole team for the super kindness, love and good mood you have shared with us. Specially with child it was soooo kind from you how you treated us! The room was not really confortable also not really clean and the beds was not our favorites. The brunch was good enough to be happy… the elevstors need a renovation!! the stuff, location and organisation with the hotelshutles was really rally amazing. Thank you…

The most lovely staff make your stay feel that extra bit special, amazing pool and pool area and really excellent food if you dine in the hotel.

The Hotel and pool feels easily 5 Star, The staff were amazing, each one so very professional helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Once again it was the staff that really made our stay that little bit more special.

The staff make this place sing. Everyone there took such good care of us. Recommendations for food drink and beaches. Bikes and umbrellas for the beach, cars to rent if you want to go farther. Shuttles to downtown the light the day and into the early morning. The rooms were wonderful, pool is beautiful, workout facilities and breakfast were great… but Hotel San Teodoro is truest fantastic because of its staff. I’ll miss them as much as I’ll miss the blue waters and white sand beaches of San Teodoro.

Upon arriving at hotel San Teodoro, me and my partner were greeted by a very lovely receptionist, Natalia. Natalia was so friendly, sweet, kind and had the biggest smile! She made us feel very welcomed. She showed us around the hotel and took our luggage and answered any questions we had. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the centre and the beach for a small fee and it is worth it! The hotel is clean and rooms are modern and contemporary. The staff are sooo friendly and we were so happy with Sofia and Natalia! Sofia is also one of the receptionists and she was absolutely lovely! So kind and so sweet. She provided us with an iron when we asked. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a decent location and friendly staff!

Great area to be with family as the resort of SAN TEODORO very family oriented…only problem for us was it was very busy on the beaches in June probably better in September for couples…also transportation is needed to get to town as walking not advisable too dangerous on busy road .
Car hire can be supplied by hotel which was great for us ..
