This is one of the nicest places we stayed in Italy but it had one extreme problem...they turn off the air conditioning in ALL the rooms Oct 1st. We stayed mid October. Our room got to 30 celcius (86 degrees f) and they couldnt turn on the air. We were told it was winter time and the air is off and cannot be turned on. I couldnt sleep so I opened the window only to have to kill many many flying bugs. The bugs just keep flying in. I had to close the window and endoure the heat. I was part of a group and EVERYONE (at least 15 couples) complained about the heat, but the employees couldnt do anything about it. Traveler beware...after Oct 1st, if its hot, your going to cook in these rooms.

Not bad, recommended, suitable for retirement

Recently renovated is a great and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast and abundant, clean rooms. Internal and external pool. Water is hot but a little too treated.

The photos of the hotel internally is nothing like it is now so don’t expect what you see. The staff were exceptional, friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Nothing detrimental on their behalf and our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable.Aircon was ok but doesn’t go below 20 so I think the summer temperatures might have a struggle. However! The wellness centre is closed completely. The pool is closed. for private functions only . The bar closes early. Breakfast is …..well the reviews were not wrong. We tried the restaurant….when it was open ( closed during our visit more than once) set menu, costly and …..like the breakfast, lacking in quantity. The bar has no ambience and the chairs are boardroom style and uncomfortable. This is not our first BW hotel stay but it very nearly could be.

If I have to find a bad note but not about L hotel is people who go to a thermal hotel and spend hours chatting in the various swimming pools locations, thus not allowing the complete paths . They will certainly see me again because the staff is really too kind and sympathetic. Compliments to everyone 🥰

The hotel has a large parking and a variety of classical and modern style rooms. Beds and rooms guarantee maximum comfort, cleaning is of course perfect. Air Conditioning blows warm. Not cold not cool, warm. Front desk informs you to play with the thermostat. Yep… still not working. Switched rooms to AC that was “working”. Same situation and later found many reviews stating the same. Obviously hotel looking to save $$ on thermostat settings. Additionally as American not one channel in English nor the ability to switch languages on the remote. Hotel fine for locals who are not needing Air Conditioner nor English speaking channels. Pass.
