Very nice personnel, the room is a bit basic and small, but had everything one might need, including amenities (toothbrush, etc). Sadly no slippers though.
Perhaps, could do with a better quality flooring...maybe, if they decide to renovate at some point!
Overall - had a very nice stay, would definitely come back, if I need to stay in the area again

Lage ist sehr gut für neben den See und Wanderung, nach Mailand Zentrum braucht ca 50 Minuten Auto fahren. Preisleistung ist super, Ausstattungen sind ok, Personal sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

가격 만큼의 시설과 위치를 생각하시면 됩니다. 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 조식도 가격대비 나쁘지 않습니다. 공항에서 거리가 멀지만 택시와 호텔 택시를 이용하니, 공항주변보다 매우 저렴하게 이용했습니다. 주변에 마트가 없기 때문에 호텔가기 전 필요물품은 사가지고 가야합니다.

If you need to stay for short period due to a brief stop to Malpensa Airport, this is not a good option. The distance from the airport (13 km) is longer than that annouced (5 km). It makes expensive the transportation (I was taxed 35 euros for airport-hotel and plus 43 euros for hotel-airport). Apart from this, the hotel is clean and quiet. As I leaft the hotel early morning, I did not have breakfast.

Awful service at checkin. Very unfriendly staff at reception. Room was ok but air conditioning didnt work. Neither did internet which miss congeniality at the front desk blamed on trees and says its never worked.
Only convenience is 10 minutes from dropping car rental off at Milan airport.
We would never stay here again.

Mario, the owner could not have been more helpful. Everything from recommendations to dropping us off at the airport. It was a very charming experience. Wonderful place, great staff and food.
