This hotel ticks all the boxes when it comes to beach holiday. We are returning guests year after year. We always have a fantastic stay from the minute you walk through the door the staff are the friendliest you will ever meet! You will receive the warmest welcome from the lovely ladies on reception. Justine on the indoor bar always makes us welcome and pays special attention to my children to ensure they have a great time. My daughter cries everytime we leave so that’s got to say something! The hotel amenities are fab, the pool area having a recent refurb, clean and tidy everywhere. The breakfast is fantastic great choice and the pool bar snacks just as good. The hotel restaurants are also brilliant located along the main strip. You won’t be disappointed if you book here.

Choose this hotel again (been many times) due to the allocation of sun beds. We had a sea view room on floor 3. We’ve taken a star off the review as the shower tray was broken and moved when you stood on it which was a red flag for slipping. The hotel took 2 days of chasing and then their answer was just to provide a shower mat! Our black out curtains were too narrow and didn’t close 2 more days of chasing to get an extra panel added. That said we did have a lovely stay. Initially only got sun beds round the adult pool then when free moved nearer to the beach. The main pool water was a strange blue green colour not the same as the adult pool. A few steps down took you to the beach we had 40 degree temps for 5 days and the sand was red hot! The sea was amazingly clear, warm with small fish. Loved it! Only stayed B&B as loads of places to eat up on the street. Breakfast had everything you could think of. Staff attentive. We travel independently using BA & spoke to other guests who’d had nightmare delays on package trips. Why people still use these companies I’m not sure! The hotel wants 60 euros if you want to keep your room on before you leave. We declined. We will return as we have done many many times to Protaras but would go back to Sunrise Pearl.

Wonderful hotel all the staff are professional and friendly. Hospitality here is second to none and the breakfast is first class, I usually don’t go to breakfast. The quality of the food was delicious. We stayed in room 402 beautiful views. The sun bed situation worked well for us as we had a good spot. But the beach beds were 5 euros for 2. The dune around was good value 120 euros for 5 meals we were only there for a week and didn’t want to tie ourselves down. However we went to the lemon grass which I love. We also went to the steak house at side of hotel, The New York strip was delicious, only negative for me was the slow service? Because we didn’t book priorI would stay here again
