Dear Manhattan hotel I hereby to inform you that I was having a graduation on Friday the 10th May, whereby we had small snacks in the hall then around half 6 that night we went to eat the buffet which was very delicious I can say but my complain is that I’ve been sick since that night. I ate pap,beetroot,coleslaw,chicken grilled, dumbling, beef stew, geek salad and green beans with mash and also tried the desserts It feels like something is cutting me inside my stomach and I have been going to the toilet nonstop and I don’t know if we ate the food that was not okay or fresh . I’d like maybe the management to always check your food before giving to people because I’m not the only one experiencing this, more that 8 people are suffering and as for me I don’t even have the appetite to eat anything.

Enjoyed a complimentary night stay including breakfast. Very spacious suite, comfortable bed with good quality linen and towels, bar fridge and choice of two TV's (one in the lounge area and one in the bedroom). Did find the area a bit noisy which sounded like there was a club downstairs pumping music till late at night on a Sunday evening. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

Redefining the art of hospitality, its not just a slogan but a real practical expeirence. the Hotel is very clean, neat and conferencing well enabled and superb. Talking about buffet lunch, its fit for Kings. Very all accommodating. You are able to choose anything you want, the choices are many. Friendly and professional staff, the hotel is definely one of the best I think the hotel should expand to other towns in South AFrica

I took an uber from an all day business meeting to the hotel only to have my driver harrassed by a Manhattan security guard, on the Manhattan's property, who was then joined by two *****, apparently from the taxi association, who took his keys and started getting aggressive with him, while I WAS IN THE CAR. There was NO WARNING given to me when or after I booked. This is a highly dangerous situation. There is a sign inside that says Ubers aren't allowed but what good is that when I don't know until I get there? How on earth am I supposed to know? This hotel has a duty of care to their guests, especially female travelers and I am shaking and outraged. Utterly disgraceful. Be warned.

Hi at Manhattan Hotel we were promised VIP trea**ent from the staff, and that was exactly what we received. The food at the Restaurant had an excellent variety and the service and taste was above our expectation. Thanks to Manhattan Hotel for this great experience in classy style Hotel from Mr & Mrs. Janse van Rensburg.

Friendly and efficient service. But the beef roast was super dry almost inedible. Quality checks on food need to be checked. Efficient shuttle service. Nice music at the bar but couldn't sit too long cause smoking area

Dear Manhattan Hotel Staff I would personally like to thank you so much for such a marvelous, glorious, splendid, beautiful, romantic and everything above and beyond many thanks for such a weekend made for my mother’s BIG day Birthday well spent at Manhattan Hotel. Thanking the Staff starting from the shuttle drivers, security personnel, front office staff, spar amazing hands staff, Team Lizzy, Rockefeller staff, the Chief in the kitchen, Management per their positions and lastly many thanks to Gloria Kamuanya a person who took me thru all the bookings step by step and all the wonderful packages she had for me to prepare for my Mothers big day. Guys I have many words and I can write till the sun don’t shine…. I am telling you xoxoxo LOL there is no other Hotel that has been so much in my heart I’ll rather travel so far from KZN to Pretoria just for you again and again may the lord fruitfully bless all of you one by one, my Mother cannot stop talking about you and your trea**ent I am truly amazed. let me tell them my story

The Manhattan Hotel in Central Pretoria exceeded many expectations. From the amazing shuttle service and impeccably dressed and mannered drivers, to the food, decor and personal service. We got a family suite which was clean, spacious and just perfect for a girl's trip. Needed to go anywhere just call reception and they book your trip. Room service was exquisite. When last did you eat something without needing to add seasoning. The buffet we had on the first night was out of this world. After a good 28yrs I finally was able to eat the crackling of the pork roast. Yes imagine. Crispy but edible. I was in heaven. Beautiful lounge on the first floor for selfies which I normally don't do but the setting was just stunning. I'm definitely coming back. When a place is this good you'd be crazy not to relive the experience.

I have used the Hotel for years doing events, but since last year the service quality has changed and it is very bad, also the prices are abnormal for small products, also the lady called Thembi is very rude and totally have no idea what customer services is, she is desrepecful, rude and bully. I am not longer comfortable in bring my events there and will surely not recommend the hotel to anyone.
