Situated in Wencelas Square (who hasn't heard of that!) it would be hard to beat this apartment/hotel's location. My room itself, however, though adequately equipped and with a good-sized kitchen area, was dowdy and kind of depressing. The furniture was mismatched and the place was badly laid out. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped but was airless. Staff varied, depending on the shift. One shift was courteous, friendly and helpful. The other shift was disinterested and unhelpful, but not actually rude. I suppose that's just how it is. Would I go back? Probably yes, because of its location and value for money.

Great location but the bathroom was really old and never cleaned. The overall impression is low due to the buildings condition, smell and bathroom. The photos have us the wrong expectation.

Very central location, large room, seems like recently renovated, very clean bathroom. I don't think there is breakfast but being in a hart of Prague, I didn't feel the need to eat at the hotel.

The description for this property is a complete lie. They do not have a laundry facility and the property is not family friendly. It is party friendly, as I was informed all three times I went to the front to complain about the noise level, twice after midnight. Be advised there's a rooftop patio that allows guests to congregate until 4am and the explanation for this is a shrug and "it's the Czech Republic". So if you have an excursion or flight that you need to get up early for, no worries. You won't be able to sleep! The shower in one bathroom was missing a door so the entire bathroom was flooded each time you took a shower and we ran out of hot water. The other bathroom had no soap in the dispenser which was never refilled. We never got hand towels replaced, only large towels, and that was hit or miss. The only thing great about this hotel is that it's close to the metro and tram stop.
