Hotel is very nice, however there are a few points worth to mention:
* Concierge.
Overall great experience, however one of the concierge team members (lady) had a Ukrainian flag on her name tag, which supposedly should mean that she should speak Ukrainian, when we started to speak Ukrainian, she was replying in russian! We do not want to be communicated in russian language, we did not pay to stay at the hotel to hear Russian when we did not ask for it!
Very upsetting that you hire people without a knowledge and just put random flags instead of them speaking the language.
*** Please explain to the staff that it is important to reply in the language in which customer is communicating or at least in English. Thank you 🙏🏻
* Service during the breakfast and housekeeping.
All the kitchen, service and housekeeping teams were super friendly, very nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

* Hotel Room
The room was clean, however had this horrible smell from the bathroom canalization. Each time we had to open the windows to be able to stay in the room. We were a bit busy and didn’t have time to deal with the room changes, however please do something about it. It is very very bad.
* Food.
Food is great, however we stayed since July 23d until August 6th and we could not eat the breakfast anymore, it is not changing at all 😅. If we knew we would book the rooms without breakfast and eat elsewhere.
Water. There was no water in the room, which is a bit different from other hotels we stayed at.
