Still not received a refund for a booking made during COVID even though I have made several communications with the hotel via the telephone. Tried to arrange this through *********** who just tell me to contact the hotel direct but they just fob you off and tell you someone will call you back. Three years later.. no refund

It was very hot when we went to Prag, so it was important for os with swimmingpool. When we arrived we didn’t see a swimmingpool. Only a small hot tub. There was a bigger one, but is was not working. The breakfast was like on a budget hotel. The hotel needs maintenance. It was really not at a 4 stars level.

Pro: Breakfast was fine, rooms and bed comfortable, Ambiente nice, not too much noise at night in the neighbourhood. Con: Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the attic floor, spa treatments cost extra money. Worst of all, when checking in, receptionist didn’t tell us (two girls, age 21) that we would need a special card to enter the hotel at night. So we went out one night to party (which in our age in Prague is not uncommon) and came back at 2.30am. The hotel front door was closed and we couldn’t get back in. When calling an „emergency number“ no one answered. When calling the second „emergency number“ we were told that they don’t feel responsible to help and if we couldn’t get in we should just try and knock or go to another hotel for that night. Remind you, it was early march and it was freezing outside. We stood there for at least 30 minutes before I eventually realised through coincidence that the sliding door from the hotel Terrasse wasn’t locked. So we literally were left out in the freezing weather and no one cared. Don’t know if you really want to visit such a hotel.

Me and my two best friends visited this hotel for 3 nights…from the min we walked in we felt very welcomed,the hotel Itself it’s wonderful, the location is great if you don’t mind walking or taking tram to the center,the jacuzzi didn’t work as they explained the problem they had before they offered us two treatments from the rest of the facilities, the room service has been fantastic,and the reception team is been wonderful so helpful with any questions we had… even when we asked to leave our luggage until the evening as our flight was late they said was no problem! The breakfast is buffet but every day they add something different too, everything fresh and to high standards! Reception team definitely the best! Well done! They are amazing thank You again! The girls From Room 15🙏

We(couple) stayed at the Hotel 3 nights.We liked it, it was clean, breakfast was great, staff friendly, but we were quite disappointed by the wellness services they provided.We made use of the jacuzzi which was quite ok, but as it was January, we would have expected to be hot and not just warm(water), secondly we decided to try their herbal baths, which costed 450CZK but were disappointed by their effect, the herbals were just a pack with “herbals” and lots of shower low quality foam. I would not take those services another time.Overall it was great.

Really nice and welcoming room, to be recommended to everyone, a real pity that there was not the same bathroom as the two-room apartment. Breakfast service was also good, one day i will try the spa service there.

Amazing hotel We had absolutely wonderful time here. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, room was beautiful and very comfortable and fantastic breakfast. The outdoor jacuzzi is big. And the outdoor terrace is perfect for relaxing. You can get direct bus 191 from the airport which makes it very convenient. Can’t wait to be back.

All th rooms are spectacular in her athmosphere. I love the very individual breakfawt buffet with a wider range of local specialities. To start the day with an outside Juccuzi on a fresdh spring morning is unforgettable and helps to start in a nice day

We travelled to Prague as our honeymoon, and staying to this hotel was one of our wonderful experiences. We could relax well at spa, outside pool, salt cave, bath, sauna... amazing!!! Cost-effective is 5stars! Connection to both airport and city center is also not bad :)
