Great breakfast. Plenty of parking. Other guests are okay (versus some at motels in SpookLou [Spokane and Valley]). Hotel staff are excellent and considerate. Owners are also excellent! Work out room with free weights. The car park maybe a wee bit difficult for a tractor trailer or fifth wheel with long trailer, yet fine if tractor bobtail. They also clear the car park of snow when the snowfall is done. Easy access to Idaho state route 41 and I-90, though the Idaho 41 and I-90 intersection is weird and treacherous (SLOW the stuff DOWN, way DOWN). Easy access to Post Falls sites and sounds like a Walmart Supercenter, Yoke's grocery, good breweries (Post Falls Brewery, Kaniksu Brewery, Up North Distillery [Honey Spirits!], and bring your MAGA hat Selkirk Abbey)/ WiFi is pretty good. Okay for long term stay with large mini fridge and microwave. Also, I book exclusively through Trip.com. Photos eventually yet see the Google Maps instance for this Post Falls Quality Inn. Better than the Sleep inn, WAY better than the sort of sketchy Red Lion inn on th western side of Post Falls, ID.

The property is due a refresh. Some fresh paint was evident. Rust on bathroom light fixtures, holes in walls and old spills on furniture all need attention. The breakfast room is welcoming, but requires more frequent cleaning during dining hours (floors were sticky in multiple areas). Hot food needs to be monitored and food safety controls need to be followed.

People where good. I know its lame but tv cable wasn't working and shower drain was backed up... otherwise it was fine for the price.

The place reeked of cigarettes. The room smelled like a literal ashtray. They sprayed some air freshener in it when I talked to the front desk and called it a day. Refused refund

The staff at check was rude. The room appeared to be not serviced. Asked for service did not receive any. The pillow smelled foul. Shampoo was 1/2 empty bottle. I asked for my money back when checking in but was told since I paid in full online , I would not get my money back.
No tub stopper. Hot water ran out when tub was 1/2 full.
Avoid this hotel. !!!

The safety lock on lock on the door fell off in my hand when I went to close it. I had to lift the door to get the dead bolt to line up to lock it. The shower or the sink would drain. I stayed one night if my three day stay. I did not feel safe at all.
