Amazing accommodation. Beautiful friendly staff. Great food in restaurant & great breakfast. Rooms big clean & comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. The sea view rooms with balcony are spectacular and extra special at night. Bus stop right outside which takes you all the way down to town centre & then 5 min walk to beach & you take bus back up from same spot dropped you off all for $1.60 euros each way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND & DEFINITELY GOING BACK!!

A beautiful hotel with a view of the sea. The decoration matches its name and is very artistic. Breakfast was very rich. If you are traveling by car (SITA) to Positano, remember to get off at Positano C. Nuova (the car stops at many places in positano), the closest to the hotel

The location of the accommodation is really great!! 👍🏻👍🏻 It's located right in front of the beach, and there's a music bar right in front of the accommodation, so you can listen to good music for free. I wonder if there is any accommodation in Positano with a better location. Air conditioning and refrigeration are both provided. It may be a bit difficult to find the entrance to the accommodation when checking in. The large yellow building is the accommodation, and the entrance is between the accommodation and the restaurant on the left side facing the accommodation. If you go through that iron door, you will find the accommodation! The host is an old lady named Rossa, and although she doesn't speak English very well, she tries to explain things as kindly and easily as possible. When I said I wanted to use porter service on the day of check-out, they made a reservation for me. I was worried because there were a lot of bad reviews, but it was really good. It was the best accommodation, so beautiful and nice. We also upgraded our room. Everyone, make your accommodation reservations :) I miss the kind rossa. We stayed in a beautiful, premium classic room at the Covo Dei Saraceni in September. The room was spacious, clean, and had the most amazing view of Positano! We loved sitting on our balcony taking in the view and we even got to see a wedding party's fireworks one night. The hotel, which is located right by the water, is close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast, which was included, had so many options and the food was great. We received excellent service from all the staff at the hotel, from planning day trips to arranging transportation. The most outstanding service we received was provided by Rosario, the bar manager. Rosario greeted us every day with his cheerful and welcoming smile, excellent drinks and snacks, and friendly conversation. Rosario went out of his way to remember people's names and to make everyone at the bar feel special. The Covo Dei Saraceni was exceptional in every way and we highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Positano!

Book it! Tip: Call the hotel directly. The price when we called and inquired was lower than what was shown on 3rd party sites. The staff is excellent. I repeat -they were excellent! It rivals the best hotels in the world for its elevated service. We loved the location, and if you want an excellent view with impeccable service for dining, Il Tridente, located on the pool level deck will not disappoint . In Positano, many restaurants are on the road with cars driving by. Hotel Poseidon provides an opportunity to dine above the noise of the street; far better than other options. I traveled with my 22year old son, and we both agreed it was the best meal we had from Rome to Sorrento and everywhere in between. Our room had a huge patio balcony with two lounge chairs and a bistro table. The stroll down to the beach is easy, and the stone steps down to the beach are close by if you prefer that. The hotel is positioned on the cliffs for the morning sunrise with your coffee. It is perfect, and has the charm and elegance you want in such a historic seaside town. We drove, and they made parking easy (we just pulled up and they took care of it). If you know about driving along the Amalfi coast, you know it isn’t easy and parking is a nightmare. Hotel Poseidon made it easy. We really loved it and would have stayed longer if we weren’t locked into reservations in another town the next few days. I will be back!

We come to play in the off-season. There are not many hotels to choose from. When driving and navigating, we can only find directions. There is a one-way line in front of the door. We cannot park. The hotel stops at the designated parking lot. Hotel rooms are ok, ocean view rooms with small terraces, breakfasts are not many but they are good. It is still not recommended to live in Positano during the off-season. It is too depressed at night and there are few restaurants open. There is no one on the sea breeze on the street. Walking to the restaurant recommended by the hotel on the beach requires self-stories. It should be better to live in Almafi, and the surrounding Positano Ravello Suriento has enough time for the day to play

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Posa Posa. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a wonderful sea view from our balcony. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the service was fantastic. The Hotel has a good location, not far from the center and the restraurants. The restaurant was very good with attentive service. Definitily is high recommended

Loved this hotel and it is very well located. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a balcony. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It is walkable to stores, bus stop, restaurants, and the beach and ferry station. Service was excellent with yummy and varied breakfast buffet. We sent out a bag of laundry which was not crazy expensive for area and had a same day turn around. Definitely recommend. Great views from the balcony.

We had an amazing stay at The Montemare Positano. We arrived early an were given a very warm welcome at reception. Everything was perfect, clean room, the most comfortable bed, pillows and the little surprises ( bottle of prosecco, lemon biscuits etc ) ... Staff was so friendly and helpful. Great selection of food at breakfast with outstanding view and atmosphere. Such a professional service. Good selection of drinks at the bar (a bit too pricey for a gin and tonic 24e). Andrea was so helpful from prior to our arrival throughout our stay. I loved the room and the sun terrace and being on the quieter side of Positano in Fornillo was great. I would return as you could quite easily stay here and just have peace and quiet. Really lovely and helpful owner and staff we loved the breakfast in the garden and the lemon and orange trees in the distance. We did both the stair walk across the beach as well as the walk to Positano and back and it wasn’t bad. Highly recommend this little gem
