This hotel was beautiful and in the most amazing location. It was a calm oasis in a busy tourist area. The rooms were gorgeous which stepped out onto immaculate gardens.
The food was fit for a king. Breakfast was an array of delicious treats along with everything else you could possible wish for.
The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
Perfect for a romantic escape

居然是總統套房？其實是兩個套間打通的connecting suites . 酒店的餐廳不錯。難能可貴有停車位。兩個衞生間都很小。

Café da manhã maravilhoso! Piscina ótima e vista também! O hotel é lindo com decoração estilo medieval! Cama muito confortável , chuveiro excelente ! Limpeza ótima. E atendimento execeocional. A recepcionista italiana ( mulher madura) foi muito gentil, amável ! Excelente pessoa!

Dificilmente existe melhor localização para hospedar-se em Positano. Além disso, o hotel é bastante confortável, os funcionários são prestativos, a piscina é ótima e há vista para o mar. Bom café da manhã também! Oferecem estacionamento praticamente dentro da zona pedestre da cidade, mas cobram por isso - mesmo assim, vale super a pena. Ficaríamos novamente no Palazzo Murat caso voltássemos a Positano, sem a menor dúvida.

I am not one to write reviews but will if I run into exceptional service and/or a beautiful property. The Hotel Palazzo Murat was both. The hotel and grounds were beautiful but the service was beyond excellent. Victor and his family have assembled an excellent team who are both extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I do have to mention one employee in particular, Leonardo, who was beyond excellent in his efforts to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We asked for quite a few “favors” and he did his best to make them possible. I do not think this man knows the word “no”. Thank you, Leonardo and the staff of the Hotel Palazzo Murat, for making our trip to Positano so special.

Hands down the most memorable stay in Italy. Aside from the amazing views that the property offers, and the convenience of being in the heart of Positano without the hustle and bustle going on outside its doors, Palazzo Murat, is truly an oasis in the midst of the beautiful madness that is Positano. What really made the difference was the personalized attention we received from everyone in the property, from Leonardo, the GM, and Elena, our server for several meals, everyone made sure to make us feel welcome and at home. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!!

From the moment I arrived this hotel was perfection. Every member of the staff was so welcoming!! The service was impeccable, the rooms and grounds were stunning and the food was spectacular. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing hotel right in the centre of Positano. The staff were excellent, from the friendly waitress that recommended all the daily pastries and cakes at the buffet breakfast to the amazing concierge team, who helped with recommendations to Ravello, ferry bookings and restaurant recommendations. The hotel is absolutely stunning. We particularly loved the courtyard where we enjoyed breakfast and pre dinner drinks. Highly recommend if you are looking for something special.
