"Ficámos na Tenuta Su Vrau e encontrei-nos muito bem. O lugar é maravilhoso, mergulhado na natureza e curado em todos os detalhes. Os quartos e todos os espaços eram muito limpos, o pessoal sempre foi amável, disponível e profissional, eu faço os meus elogios a todos. Uma elogio especial vai para a cozinha: comemos realmente bem todas as noites, com pratos excelentes e de qualidade. Foi uma das coisas que apreciamos mais durante a estadia. A única nota que sinto que tenho de referir é a comunicação sobre os custos das bebidas durante o jantar, que nós reservamos através da agência e pensamos que, ao escolher a fórmula com café da manhã e jantar, também as bebidas estavam incluídas. No primeiro dia, foi-nos explicado correctamente que as bebidas consumidas na piscina eram a pagar, mas ninguém nos informou que as bebidas servidas para jantar também seriam contadas separadamente. Não vimos esta informação claramente, mas só na última noite, quando foi paga a taxa de estadia, pedimos-nos também o saldo das bebidas. Contactámos imediatamente a nossa agência, que inicialmente ficou tão surpreendida como nós, e, depois de verificar, confirmou que a informação estava presente na documentação, mas não foi comunicada. Felizmente, conseguimos resolver isto com a Agência, que nos vai reembolsar as despesas. Não foi um problema económico, mas penso que uma comunicação mais clara da estrutura no momento do check-in ou durante a primeira refeição evitaria este pequeno mal-entendido. Para o resto, foi uma bela férias e eu recomendo absolutamente esta estrutura. Eu gostaria de voltar."

"Very clean and very quiet hotel, ideal for unplugging and relaxing, just a few km from one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia. The owner Loretta as well as Maria and Monica, at the restaurant and at the reception, are extremely friendly, kind and available to satisfy guests' requests. The family room, made up of two distinct areas, is very large, 5 of us were really comfortable there; the only flaw of the room is the shower, a little small, especially considering that the hotel is classified as 4 stars. Even the courtesy kits in the room are limited to the essentials (shower gel, shampoo, cap), however we really appreciated the daily change of towels, the very comfortable beds (perhaps the pillows were a little less so, but this obviously depends on opinions personal) and the size of the spaces. The structure is well maintained, most of what is served at the table is home-made; breakfast is quite varied (you won't find croissants and cream cakes or scrambled eggs and hot dishes, but there is a good variety of artisan donuts, fruit and cured meats, for those who prefer a savory breakfast; being in Sardinia perhaps I would have expected some typical sweets, however everything is of excellent quality... if you get the chance, don't miss the home-made ricotta with honey). The swimming pool is large and well maintained (pity about the absence of a hydromassage corner and at least one shower and a bathroom in the pool area). For those staying with children, there is no equipped play area, although there are ample spaces all around to be outdoors. We only used the a la carte restaurant one evening: the quality is excellent, the price, when compared to the quantities served, is a little high compared to other restaurants of comparable quality and located directly on the sea; However, I believe that this is a precise choice by the owners, aimed at orienting the customer towards the fixed menu, which can be confirmed day by day in the morning and which instead can be an economically advantageous choice. The atmosphere is familiar, the courtesy of the owners makes you immediately feel at ease. Personally, being on holiday, I would have appreciated a minimum of evening entertainment, albeit very soft and unobtrusive... the location would easily lend itself, for example, to quality musical entertainment during dinner (but presumably also that of "silence" I think is a precise choice of the owners). The value for money is very good, don't expect a super luxury location but if you are looking for a place to spend a relaxing week away from the chaos of the city, pampered by the courtesy of the staff, I definitely recommend it. "We had a really noisy room next to the restaurant where you could hear people from 6 in the morning. When you take a shower you are literally standing next to the toilet, that feels a bit nasty."
