Great rooftop view and very modernized rooms.close to the Savannah as well. I'll definitely come back when in town for carnival festivities.

Staff was friendly. The room was ok not excellent. There should be a microwave in my room based on the price paid. Breakfast was ok but limited variety to choose from. The experience was fair.

Jenelle Jemmot the Floor Supervisor is extremely kind, professional and very warm.
Her demeanour and disposition definitely made the stay that much better.
Staff for transportation of bags to room also very respectable and friendly.
Food was great! The Exchange restaurant is nice. One suggestion, the food is too good to be so limited. Expanding the menu is definitely a good idea!! It really was a wonderful stay. The rooms are fantastic, the showers, bathroom and room are extremely clean, very spacious and very modern day amenities. We even had our own Keurig which was refreshing as we also enjoy the same at home. It was nice to be at home away from home! Wonderful experience, Would recommend 10/10

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, rooms and areas were clean, the staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would without a doubt stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.
