Better Options for food required in the Upstairs bar as it was overpriced and poor quality. Also some incentive to eat at the Restaurant as a Hotel guest. Better transport options would encourage more stays with available shuttle trips to other places and areas would make it easier . All staff most helpful . Perhaps have the bar open in the gaming room and make it more appealing

Service provided by Anna Maupa was welcomed & will appreciated Fast prompt service & repeating the order to get it right Wanted caramel latte but nil stock caramel so maybe stock up on that for the barrister to be able to make coffee of our choice

Fantastic place to be on a Sunday evening if you like your 80s music Henao, one of the evening female staff is 2nd to none one of the most attentive staff I have experienced here in POM. Popcorn given for free and nice ice cold beers. Wonderful night.

Serhat, Jefferson, & Anna were amazing! Incredible service & standards with great cocktails to match. The food downstairs w/ Mohsine the head chef created exceptional meals for us. Couldn’t be happier woth the service, food, & especially the cocktails! The white russian, margarita, & French 75 were top notch.

Great food, great service Two meals today (lunch &dinner) both meals were tasty and well prepared. Wait staff were super helpful and ensured that we were satisfied with our meals. Having had meals at several hotel restaurants over the last couple of days I can only say do yourself a favour and dine at the Ela Beach Hotel. Also if you want a special treat check out the bakery next door. Yummo!

The service was great. Anna Are was very helpful, taking our orders promptly and delivering our order within 30 minutes. The service was great as we came in to have dinner at around 9.30pm. The waiters are professional and excited service well.

after office hours, we felt like were hungry then we decided to go to the best restaurant in town and we saw LUCY then she happily served us. she graciously attended to our needs and served with all smiles. i highly recommend for promotion thanks
