Such a beautiful tranquilising place but was very dissapointed as it was booked for a matric farewell for my daughter. The aircon didn't work, the shower head didnt work and hardly no water came out, we had no idea the resort has loadshedding which messed up out plans with the kids. The idea was to get nice photos therer that we didnt do there anyway cause we were all so irritated with the heat inside the unit 229. It was overall just a nightmare. Travelling agent doesn't answer emails etc. Not worth it at all.

What a convenient, comfortable and and affordable place to be for vacation in EC province. We had great time and easy to go either way towards Jeffrey Bay Tsitsikama or Addo side including Grahams town.

Bordering Humewood and Summerstrand, it has a great view of the beach and ocean! Simply a fantastic ambience being so close to the ocean. The unit we stayed in was self catering, thus we had to do everything ourselves, which is a plus. Only con was not having any representative from the agency to meet or greet us. Everything had to be done via cellphone. Other than that, lovely stay, near all the amenities and walking distance to the beaches.

We love Brookes Hill! We always enjoy staying there. Everything works in our favour. We HIGHLY recommend this resort. Concerns and suggestions were listened to and the staff followed through on these. We are also pleased that the room / cleaning staff are honest, friendly and obliging. We had good interaction with the Admin staff too.

Excellent service and worth every cent to stay there. Ilke Mering is a star at that resort as she is friendly , efficient and well versed in her line of business. She is an asset to that resort. Accomodation is so clean as well as the buildings.

The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. They always go the extra mile for their guests. The hotel is neat and clean and the gardens are immaculate. The location is perfect as it is close to the beach and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend Brookes Hill Suites. Thank you staff at Brookes Hill! See you soon again!!!
